Newly built guesthouse with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with sauna. Small kitchen. Total 20m2.
Large patio connecting the buildings with barbeque and various lounge and dining areas. Secluded garden area.
Large private driveway with basketball court and good area for biking and skateboarding etc. Bikes and skateboards available upon request.
