Welcome to the Hamptons, our home is located in the North Sea, a 7-minute drive to Southampton village and beaches. The lot is wooded, beautiful, private and over 1/2 acre.
The house has a pool surrounded by a wooden deck with nice landscaping. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace.
The house is conveniently located, near bay and ocean beaches, marinas and Southampton village. Easy access to transportation and shopping. Quiet and private location.
