Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement très propre et parfaitement équipé et doté d’une terrasse spacieuse. La résidence est belle et calme, entourée de jolies maisons. Il est possible d’aller à pieds à la plage à seulement 15 minutes. Enfin les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Appartement lumineux, très propre,parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. Au calme, entouré de végétation et de pins, c´est un grand bonheur d´y entendre chanter les cigales et de profiter du balcon. Propriétaires accueillants et charmants, qui nous ont à l´arrivée expliqué le fonctionnement de l´appartement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Un cadre idéal pour des vacances reposantes.

Appartement idéalement situé pour avoir accès à tout ce qui est intéressant sur Arcachon, et en retrait de toute l'agitation d'un centre-ville, autant dire que l'on est au calme. Quant à son contenu, c'est parfait, très fonctionnel car beaucoup de rangements, et très confortable. Il fait bon y séjourner. Monsieur et Madame Boisot font tout pour que tout se passe au mieux. Encore merci à eux deux.

UNE EXCELLENTE LOCATION

Idéalement située à cinq minutes de la plage en voiture, cette location offre tout ce que des vacanciers peuvent souhaiter : calme, fraicheur - la résidence est entourée de pins - et modernité. L'appartement est doté de tout le confort et d'une jolie terrasse, propice aux déjeuners en famille et aux discussions au clair de lune. Qui plus est, les propriétaires sont disponibles et généreux, ce qui est fort appréciable. Bref, une adresse à recommander vivement ! David A. Paris.

Bel appartement clair, calme et fonctionnel

Descriptif de l'annonce en parfaite adéquation avec la réalité. On apprécie la clareté de cet appartement, les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse et le calme de l'environnement. Les pistes cyclables sont toutes proches et permettent rapidement d'accéder au front de mer ou au Moulleau pour y déguster une glace ou prendre le bateau pour découvrir le bassin. On y trouve également quelques commerces de proximité (supérette, poste...). La meilleure appréciation que l'on puisse donner , c'est que l'on y retournera cette année et pour la 5ème étoile, il faudrait déplacer la mer...
