You'll also be just a few blocks walking distance to Dubhlinns Irish Pub, the Fon-du-luth Casino, Pizza Luce, Sammy's Pizza, Hanabi, Sala Tai, the Cantonese House, Coney Island and all the fun in Canal Park! Also, the entrance to the famous Duluth Boardwalk is only 2 blocks away. The sandy beaches of Park Point are just on the other side of Canal Park. The loft was as described and clean. Our family enjoyed the hot tub, recliners, and large kitchen. The location is ideal for walking to Canal street and visiting downtown Duluth.A few things to note: as other reviews have mentioned-there is a nightclub next door to the loft. You can hear the music/noise from the bedroom closest to the nightclub. It was not disruptive to the other two bedrooms that were on the opposite side of the loft. Just be aware, this can impact your sleep and rest.We were also disappointed with the check in instructions and struggled to initially get inside the loft. We called the owners and they did not answer quickly (however, they did answer later after we had already got inside the building). It seems like there were two different codes sent to us to access the loft (one via email and one via the message app through VRBO). Reading the other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring issue.

This was the perfect loft for our weekend getaway! It had a little something for everyone..hot tub, pool table, games! The location was perfect as well. Walking distance to coffee and shops! We will definitely be back!

We rented Hotel House for our son's wedding and it a great space to hang out with extended family. It was spotless and had all the games and entertainment you can imagine from pool and poker tables to a hot tub and workout room. Very well maintained and host was responsive to all questions. The only thing to be aware of is the bedroom walls are partitions and do not go all the way to the ceiling, meaning sounds carry. Earplugs and eye masks are provided and help significantly. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Duluth with extended family!

This property is fantastic. A great place to hang out with friends and family. We came up from Oklahoma to see our daughter's family. Our friends from Minneapolis came up for a couple of days, too. We enjoyed playing pool and cards. My grandson loved the hot tub.We all relaxed and watched TV together and caught up. It was a great time. The only concern for us was the stairs, it is quite a climb for someone with knee problems, and the location downtown was a little scary outside, after dark. We had such a great time, though.

Girls weekend stay

13 girls and I stayed at this loft for our annual girls weekend. It was amazing!! The questions we had were answered quickly and Rachel/Jason were super accommodating. Highly recommend staying here and plan to stay again real soon.

Easter stay in Duluth

A very spacious flat. Lots to do from playing pool, to poker, to watching movies, and playing other games. The whole place is great!! Thanks for the garage parking spot too.

Great location & amenities

We've made many trips to Duluth, but this has to be one of the best places we've stayed! Great location - walking distance to Canal Park and the Decc. The condo had everything we needed for a fun getaway. The pool table and games were definitely a highlight; we loved having so many options for friendly competition! We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great amenities and entertainment options! We'll be back!

Friends weekend getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway. This was the perfect space for four couples. The owners were very responsive and the place was spotless. The place had everything you could need. We didn’t even need to leave! We took advantage of the hot tub, dart board, pool table, bag set, putting game, and amazing recliners in the living room. Would definitely stay again.

Great place with comforts of home

We really enjoyed our stay and only wish it didn’t have to end! The place was exactly as pictured. Location was great and check-in simple. We enjoyed the pool table and the kids had fun putting golf balls and playing games. The amenities were excellent. There were plenty of towels, dishes, soap and the toilet paper and paper towels weren’t the crap kind many places provide. It had all the comforts of home. Looking forward to staying here again next time we visit Duluth!

Downtown Duluth Loft

My family (Dad, sisters, partners, and adult children) had an enjoyable stay here. The location allows for easy access to many great places in the downtown area making it a great spot if you don't want to drive to local bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. Street parking is not allowed overnight, but the hosts have nearby parking for a vehicle, and there is a parking ramp nearby that isn't too expensive for any extra vehicles. The loft is clean, with 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of seating, games, hot tub, pool table, and a super functional kitchen with plenty of appliances to cover any needs.

Amazing loft

This is hands down the coolest property we have ever been to. My boys are 20 and 23 and they've never been more excited about the place we were staying. It has a cool vibe, comfortable furniture, and tons to do just in the house. It's easy to get to places in the city and Minnesota has beautiful lakes and hiking. Absolutely recommend!!

Privacy, space, and loft experience

I booked this for my family because it is a large space that allowed my family to all be together instead of getting two or three different hotel rooms. The owners have done a very impressive job in creating a loft experience. Everything is very well laid out and beautifully done. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in the space. Everything within the owners control is positive. Even though it is in a pretty seedy part of town, there is sufficient privacy since you have the entire upper level and the interior stairs from street level leading to the door are entirely private.
