1800 farmhouse located in a central position between Martina Franca, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Noci, Massafra and Mottola, at about 530 m above sea level. The house is surrounded by cultivated fields, gigantic oak trees and a magical grove.
All the rooms of the farmhouse are lined up, the old house of the massari and the service rooms, including a wood oven. The farmhouse has been renovated with an excellent conservative taste that maintains a link between modern building technologies, history and local culture. The redevelopment of all rooms, trulli and lamia, was carried out with the restoration or reuse of native materials, stone and lime plasters. The internal furnishings take up the ancient poor, essential art, enriched by the creative recycling of peasant tools; the many niches carved into the thickness of the walls are the cupboards, as in the past. The precious rainwater collection in the large tank and the use of alternative energies, finally, are elements that guarantee a stay in an authentic ecological house.
