The rest of the house is made up of a compact fitted kitchen/lounge/diner with patio doors. To the outside of the house is allocated off road parking for one car and a small patio area with garden furniture. Sea Spray is in an enviable location close to the beach and would be suitable for a small family or 2 couples.

A small sand and shingle beach is a popular choice for those who like to use Jet Ski’s as it’s one of the few areas on the beach front they can be used freely. A popular area of Weymouth offering beautiful views back towards Weymouth and Portland whilst only being a short distance from the main beach and town centre. There are many places to eat and you can join the south west coast path towards Osmington Mills, Ringstead and beyond from here. Predominantly a residential area, it’s perfect those who want to escape to the seaside but retain the tranquillity of a residential area.
