The Caribbean Villa is a beautiful air-conditioned villa located in the south of Martinique, 2 minutes' walk from the "Corps de Garde" beach, near the southern beaches and not far from the village of Sainte luce. composed of three bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen, BBQ and a private swimming pool (6X3). NOT OVERLOOKED

Snuggled up in a calm residence having even a Carrefour Express at 100M, green and bordering the littoral, the villa CARAÏBES in St Luce is the ideal place for your holidays in all peace and rest.
In the south of the island, the town of "Sainte-Luce", which is already widely visited for its many beaches suitable for swimming for young and old, but also for its walking trails (150m), Montravail forest (3Km), Monésie , combining form, health and discovery, of the coast and cultural heritage.

New luxury furnishings, (wifi, TV), neat decoration is close to the traditional fishing village, with its shops, restaurants and nightlife.
Welcome and tropical atmosphere guaranteed.
Final cleaning is compulsory and will be invoiced at 80 euros (No cleaning worries for your last day)

La maison est tres bien située pour faire de nombreuses escursions de chaque cote de l ile.La piscine top et l intérieur tres bien.Manque juste un bon couteau et un pilon pour les ti punch. Propriétaire tres disponible et agreable.Je recommande

Cour agréable et situation interessante

La cour extérieure avec sa piscine privée est très agréable. La vie se passe à l’extérieur heureusement car la villa aurait bien besoin d’amour. D’ailleurs, le propriétaire, vraiment charmant, doit entreprendre des travaux dès cet été. Les plages sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied et le Carrefour Express à peu près à la même distance.

Belle maison ,bien située. Je pense que si le propriétaire se mettait à la place des locataires il verrait qu il manque certaines choses pour passer un excellent séjour. Par contre une chose à changer rapidement, c est la literie de la chambre du bas .

Superbes vacances!!!

Cette maison est telle que décrite dans l’annonce. Propre spacieuse nous y avons séjourné 10 jours avec notre enfant de 4 ans et nous étions aux anges. La localisation est parfaite! La plage a deux minutes, un carrefour market à deux minutes également pour les courses d’appoints. Le centre ville de Ste Luce à 5 minutes est très conviviale avec de bons restaurants avec vue mer. Le quartier est très calme. La piscine est parfaite pour commencer et finir la journée. Le propriétaire est joignable à tout moment et est très agréable. Nous n’aurions pas pu trouver mieux.
