Located in a very quiet area, this house offers the availability to use the private parking lot in case you travel with your own vehicle and an additional box for bicycles if you are cycling lovers.

The apartment is divided in the three floors of an accommodating farmhouse and has also a public garden with a private area for the exclusive use of the guests. With every comfort and amenity necessary to make your stay nearby the lake unforgettable, the house has, on the ground floor, a living room with sofa, fireplace, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette and a small bathroom. On the first floor you find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with three single beds plus a foldaway bed and a second bathroom. On the second floor there is the last bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom and living room with sofa and TV.
