Remarkable Stay on the Coast

Our stay at Villa Duchessa was amazing. The host team was superb and very helpful in coordinating our time on the Amalfi Coast. The villa was perfect for our family and the dinners on the terrace were memorable. Highly recommended!

The villa was lovely with a stunning overlook of the Mediterranean. Jianluca and his family members were terrific hosts. Hotel Conca Di Azzurra is conveniently located 100 meters away and has an excellent restaurant, Calajanara. The villa is somewhat remote so a car is recommended. That said, there is a daily parking fee at the villa of approximately 35 euros.

Villa Duchessa d'Amalfi

We loved the home and our visit. Everything was perfect. The place was very comfortable and centrally located. The owner was very accommodating and the check in process was easy. We were delayed in our travels and he rearranged his plans to make sure we were checked in and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Gorgeous amalfi property

We loved staying at this exceptional villa! It was great being a little outside of the villages and since we had a car it perfect for us! The view from the terrace was incredible! And Gianluca was very quick to respond to any questions we had! Highly recommend this beautiful place!!!

Villa Duchessa Stay - Conca Dei Marina

The Villa was perfect for our sister cousin weekend for four. The owner Gaetano and his family were awesome and so hospitable. He told us all the great places to visit and made our arrangements for us. His family owns the hotel next door that had the most beautiful restaurant, amenities and gift shop. The view was incredible and so was the villa. We will definitely go back for another visit.

This property was exactly as advertised. Conveniently located next door to a hotel with a bar / restaurant. On the lower road so just a quick cab ride into Amalfi. Air conditioning was perfect , beds were comfortable. Beautiful terrace. Would stay here again

Quiet and beautiful with stunning views

This property is everything it appears to be online- the views and balcony literally take your breath away. The home is comfortable and clean with everything you need. The property manager is very helpful and purchased groceries before arrival and organized a private boat tour that was fantastic. The small town of Concha dei Marini is perched above the villa and a bit tricky to get to but beautiful and welcoming with a lovely restaurant and grocery. Finally, having the hotel and its delicious restaurant right next store for dinners and breakfasts makes this an idealplace to stay if you want to have serenity on the Amalfi coast without all the crowds.

A wonderful location and experience

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us as a central point for exploring the region (Capri, Pompeii, Paestum, Ravello, Path of the Gods, etc.). Parking was easy. The neighboring restaurant was beautiful with friendly staff, perfect for breakfast each morning ( and a perfect first dinner after a day of travel). And the property itself, well see the pictures, it’s gorgeous - we all wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Great views easy communication

The villa was wonderful, pretty, clean, lots of pans and dishes for cooking meals. The bed was comfortable, couches were comfortable. The view is to die for! The only surprise was a 15 a night charge for parking the car, that I can find no previous information that the charge would be part of the price that was already an expensive rental. Gianlucas was wonderful to work with, answered any and all questions promptly, was always available.

Great house for two couples

We rented the villa for a week and had a wonderful time there. The house is very clean and renovated. I can be quite picky with accommodations but this one ticked all the boxes. The kitchen is well equipped and we had some great cooking sessions. Furthermore the view is great and the terrace offers you a nice place to relax. . Great place only the parking is a bit of a problem but they fixed it you can park at the hotel next door.

Beautiful villa and Amalfi experience

The villa is as beautiful as the photos, spotless and well appointed. The hosts were excellent communicators and gracious. They made the experience special with lovely touches like getting a few groceries for us, recommending restaurants, arranging for transportation, booking a boat tour and making a reservation at a great restaurant. I highly recommend the host and villa. We are already planning our next visit!

Exquisite Amalfi Experience

Our stay at the Villa was wonderful. Brother, Gianluca and Pierpoala, were very helpful with arranging transportation and directing us to the local market and even offering to pick up items for us. They also arranged for help with our luggage. We really appreciated their hospitality and thoughtfulness through our whole trip. We loved the Villa and the location. We hope to return.

Gianluca’s home was so beautiful & we only wish we had stayed longer. Every single recommendation he made for restaurants and things to do were truly Impeccable & he easily arranged transports for us to/from airport as well as a trip into Positano. He also had groceries waiting for us at the property upon request and the whole process was very smoothe. You won’t regret staying here!!

Beautiful villa. The view from terrace was awesome. Our host was terrific. He arranged a 4-hour boat ride for us along the shore. Helped us get groceries delivered. Gave us tips for using the bus into the towns. He also arranged for drivers to and from the train stations. We ate at the hotel next door for one breakfast and dinner. Great seafood.

Fabulous!

We had such an amazing time in this beautiful villa. The location is quiet and peaceful with a lovely and large patio overlooking the sea. The home is decorated in a charming and fresh style. The hotel next door was extremely convenient for breakfast and delicious for dinners overlooking the Med. Pierpaolo was exceptional in helping us plan our days and making dinner reservations and securing taxis and boats for transportation to amazing beaches and restaurants. It was an amazing vacation and I would recommend this lovely villa highly.
