Perfect weekend getaway cabin

My wife and I stayed at this cabin for our anniversary weekend. Perfect location to get to town but still had good privacy. Short walk to many great locations that Helen has to offer !

Vary private but we could not figure out the heating it was a wall mount woke up 63 in the house it had a gas little fire place like heater but we could not figure out how to turn it on but it was fine we loved our cabin and will be back next yr and rent from tadd again

Perfect spot!

Perfect Getaway

The cabin is private but extremely convenient to downtown Helen just up the street. It was clean and well prepared. My kids spent most of their time in the hot tub. We also enjoyed making fires outside.

Quick and adorable stay

Tad was always quick and courteous with responses, so we felt very taken care of. I appreciated how close the cabin was to downtown Helen while also feeling secluded in the woods. When we weren't out being tourists, we watched movies, played dominoes, and sat in the hot tub!

Amazing cabin!

This cabin was amazing..from check in to check out. Had 1 simple question and the owner responded in minutes. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Very close to downtown. It got chilly in the evening and the fire pit was awesome! I will definitely be back!

Girls Weekend

I am from NJ visiting my best friend from NC. We had a great time in town and also at the cabin. Very clean and organized. Great location to town with in walking distance. Very relaxing trip. I highly recommend this cabin. The owner was also great communication back and forth with my questions as this was my first Verbo booking. Wonderful experience!!

Fun mother - daughter trip

Loved this cabin! Everything was clean and tidy. It felt like a second home. There was plenty of space but still felt cozy and safe. The hot tub was easy to use and ready to go. You can walk to town if you don't mind a bit if a hill and getting in your steps. My daughter and I walked back and forth several times. I would love to book again for a family trip.

Wonderful stay

The cabin was perfect for my boyfriend and I plus our two dogs!! There are other cabins close by, but you barley notice. The cabin is really nice and right at the beginning of Helen!! It was perfect for our tubing trip as it is right across from cool river tubing!!! The owner was very nice and responded promptly to us! It was so great we decided to stay an extra night which thankfully we could! We will definitely be back and have already told friends and family about the cabin so they too will have somewhere to stay on their trips to Helen!!

Great cabin! Right next to everything in Helen. Off the beaten path enough that you feel like your in the mountains for sure. Trees all around. Hot tub is great and fun. Private. Also I have to say, we travel a lot and these beds were probably one of the best we’ve had. Super comfortable after long hikes on the AT. Great for kids with a very “home” feel. Cabin itself is very nice, new inside look to it. Owner very responsive to any of our requests as well. I highly recommend!

Cozy Cute Getaway

The cabin was beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was warm and cozy. We loved the fireplace in the corner to warm up next to after our hikes. The hot tub was a great place to stargaze at night. The amount of stars you can see from the cabin is incredible! We stayed in the bed in the loft and loved waking up with a morning view of the surrounding woods. The bed was comfortable! The binder on the table at check in had so many helpful tips and maps of the area to help direct your stay. We checked out some of the hikes, wineries, and shopping. The wrap around porch was everything I would have wanted to read a book and sip coffee had it not been 30° outside. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook some of our own meals.

Relaxing getting away

Property was great. Check in was so easy. Everything I needed was there. The Christmas decorations were an added bonus. Very impressed with property. Will definitely be back. Of course I was there on coldest day of season. Would love to visit in spring or summer

We loved this cabin! It is nestled in the woods but right above town so you can walk to shops and restaurants. It was very quiet and we could see the stars at night. We built a campfire and used the hot tub (exceptionally clean). The cabin was also spotless and very comfortable. We will stay here again!
