It features a large master bedroom with walk-in closet, dual bathroom vanities, an extended living room/family room, inside laundry room, and a wrapped sliding glass-enclosed lanai. Relax on the rear lanai and look down over a beautiful and SHIMMERING LAKE abound with wildlife. This unit comes with a detached 1-CAR GARAGE with use of bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and tennis rackets. The resort like amenities of the Ashton Lakes Community include two heated swimming pools, clubhouse with a lending library, shuffleboard, tennis courts, plenty of outdoor grills, and beautifully-maintained and manicured grounds.. There is also private gate with walking path to grocery stores, shopping, hardware, restaurants and more!
