Slice of Lake Life - My happy place! Relax on the huge screened porch steps away from Lake Martin. Quiet Sandy Creek area has the perfect balance of activity vs privacy. Ski/tube or fish right outside. The yard is flat and grassy, perfect for kicking the ball or laying out. Sit and talk around the fire pit in the evenings. Inside, entertain yourselves with various board games, books and puzzles.

House has a private boat ramp and dock. Please be aware that the lake water level is controlled by Alabama Power and in the winter depending on what they do as well as the amount of rain received you may need to use the public launch. The water level is typically lowered gradually starting in September and is raised gradually starting in March. Please check LakeMartin.com/Level.asp to see the estimated level for your visit. We recommend the level to be 488 MSL to comfortably use the launch. At this level the floating dock will be approximately 4.5 feet deep at the front of the slip and 5.5 feet deep at the back. At 487 MSL you can still use the floating dock, but will likely need to use the public launch at the end of Youngs Ferry Rd.

There is plenty of parking with a long driveway, parking area, as well as the boat launch.

For outdoor fun we have various floats for swimming, a four person pedal boat, and kayaks for the adventurous. In the shed there are outdoor games. If you bring a pet, there is a solid tie down set up if needed.

Four bedroom, two and a half bath home with a sleeper sofa in den easily sleeps 10. Great room with living and dining areas has a window wall overlooking the lake. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Eat inside or outside under ceiling fans on the screened in porch. All rooms have ceiling fans. In the king room closet is a pack-n-play (no crib bedding is provided) and high chair.

There are Smart TVs in the Living Room, both bedrooms with king beds, and the bedroom with the queen/trundle. All have access to your personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc. accounts.

The neighborhood as friendly dogs off leash, so don't be surprised if you have a welcoming party.

House has exterior cameras primarily for safety when the home is unoccupied.
