Maelog Villa boasts a bright and welcoming living space with wooden flooring throughout and contemporary rustic decor. The living room features three large sofas, a flat-screen Smart TV, and beautiful bay windows that fill the room with natural sunlight. A working fireplace ensures warm and cosy evenings during autumn and winter stays. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for catching up with family or friends, featuring an aga-style oven, a breakfast bar, and plenty of work surfaces. The indoor dining table seats eight guests, and there is an outdoor dining area for summer BBQs. Additionally, there is a guest toilet with a sink and a utility room off the kitchen for convenience.

The first and second floors house the four spacious bedrooms. Both the first and second floors feature impressive king-size double bedrooms situated at the front of the property, enjoying lovely sea and bay views. Each bedroom includes a seating area for quiet time or reading. There are two airy twin-bedded rooms perfect for younger guests or grandparents. The first floor includes a shower room with a large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, while the second floor has a family bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

Maelog Villa's suntrap patio at the rear of the property is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. It features a dining table for buffet lunches and BBQs, plus a chill-out area with an outdoor sofa and coffee table. The front of the villa has a small, enclosed garden that leads around to the back patio. Parking for the property is accessed by a private lane to the rear and through the rear garden and terraced BBQ area. The double garage is set up as a games room with a snooker table and table tennis and includes an extra fridge-freezer.
