Had an amazing stay at Inverfyne cottage, very comfy and clean, location was absolutely beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. The highland cows and the deer were stunning, and the bats were amazing! I would highly recommend a visit to see for yourself!

Lovely cottage in beautiful location
We have stayed in numerous self catering accomodations over the years and this was a top quality cottage. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space in the lounge and dining room for all of us (8 people). The washing and drying facilities were excellent and there was ample room for all our supplies due to the 2 fridge-freezers and large pantry. We enjoyed exploring the glorious countryside of the local area and beyond.

Inverfyne Cottage
It’s a lovely cottage and perfect for our families Christmas holiday . The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The owner is lovely and welcoming and provided us with provisions for our first night and day as the nearest supermarket is quite a distance away.
There is a local Brewery a short walk away and a restaurant close by .
Argyll holidays were very efficient and extremely helpful in arranging the holiday for us . They were easy to contact and always responded quickly.
We were very happy with our stay, the beautiful area and lovely walks . The children were very happy there.
My wife & I stayed at Inverfyne Cottage for the last week of our 33rd anniversary trip to Scotland. Beautiful surroundings, great views of Loch Fyne only a short walk away. The cottage was very comfortable and inviting. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware & dinnerware, as we cook all our own meals due to allergies. There is plenty of room for 1 or 2 families to stay. Loved relaxing and watching the Highland cows that would visit nearby every couple of days. Easy drives to Loch Lomond & Inverary (I'd add scenic, but is there a place in Scotland that isn't?!). Would highly recommend this cottage.
This cottage made it easy to fall in love with Scotland. We felt at home, nice walks with the dogs were possible, restaurant, café, brewery and a farm shop were close. We did a boat trip on Loch Gloi, played golf in Inveraray and visited Inveraray Castle (Downtonabbey fans will know it). The only thing to say: There is not a big street passing by the house, but you can hear the cars and motorcycles on the street around Loch Fyne. So it is not absolutely quiet, if you are sitting in front of the house, but you have a stunning view. We would always book this cottage again.

Peaceful cottage surrounded by nature
Multigenerational family of six from Devon, Cumbria, Lancashire and Shropshire stayed for a week in May. The weather was glorious with no midges. Inverfyne cottage is in a fabulous location surrounded by mountains but close enough to a main road, easy walk to a restaurant, coffee shop and garden center.
The cottage was clean, is very well equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful holiday if the weather is fine or wet.
Our weather was glorious so the windows and the garden door were always open. The shrubs in the garden were vibrant in colour and scent and we went to sleep and awoke to bird song especially the cuckoo.
Thank you Mrs. De Lap and Elaine
To improve the cottage please could I respectfully suggest 6 more coffee mugs and some comfortable outdoor seating
We had just under a week at Inverfyne Cottage. We had a great time. The surrounding area is beautiful and we were right by the loch. There is walk very close to the cottage which takes you into Cairndow. This was great for the dogs as it is fully fenced both sides so they could be safely off the lead. The view was stunning. Inverarary is well worth a visit, lots of gift shops and the castle is great also with woodland walks, again great for the dogs. Loch Lomond isnt too far, which we also visited. The cottage is very comfortable. We particularly liked the living room which has soft comfy sofas and chairs. Plenty of heaters and an open fire for when it was chilly, plus electric blankets which were great on the beds!! The owner and her son were very helpful but not at all intrusive. Would thoroughly recommend for a good quiet getaway in beautiful scenery. We would love to go again. We also visted the brwery up the lane and had local beer and venison nachos! All very yum!!
Alles perfekt!
Seven cycling friends had a great long weekend walking, playing golf, visiting Fyne Ales and Loch Fyne Oysters, and a little bit of cycling. A great house for a group of friends; we'll hope to be back.
Very convenient location for sightseeing and hiking in all directions. Compfy spacious cottage but the fridge was a little too small for us! Enjoyed the highland cattle, sheep and deer on the estate - and the brewery!
