Plas Mawr Cottage is a lovely cosy cottage based in Conwy, Wales. It has one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, double basin and WC. Downstairs has a spacious open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and a cosy breakfast bar. Outside has an enclosed and raised patio area with furniture. Roadside parking is available and has two local council car-parks nearby. Plas Mawr Cottage is a stunning property in the heart of the Welsh countryside.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas effect woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV downstairs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for one car on a first come, first served basis (two large council car parks nearby). For more information on parking, please check the Conwy County Council website. Enclosed patio area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome, but not allowed upstairs. Pet Charge - £30 per pet per stay. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: There are two steps up to the front of the property. Sorry no electric car charging allowed at the property, nearest charging point is at LIDL - Llandudno Junction 1.5 miles away. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £150.
