The complex has a wonderful large, heated swimming pool as well as a separate children's pool and jacuzzi. Guests are welcome to use the loungers and seating in these communal areas but also have a private terrace with lake view. The apartments are within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, the boat terminal, water sports hire and shops.



The Space:

Inside, this Italian apartment rental is modern and contemporary. Furnished by an interior designer, they have cleverly used patterned wallpaper to create accent walls and bring the property to life.



This Italian apartment rental has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. There is a large corner sofa, table seating 4 and modern, well equipped kitchen. Sliding doors lead from this room to the terrace, equipped with comfortable seating and with views of the lake.



The apartment has two bedrooms. One of these has a double bed whilst the other room has two single beds which can be used as either twin beds or can be joined together to form a large double bed.



There are two bathrooms in this Italian apartment rental. Both are modern and contemporary and both have shower, sink, bidet and toilet. There is also a washing machine in one of the bathrooms, ideally for those staying for a week or more.



Please note that there is a compulsory energy fee of 68 euros per stay which is to be paid locally in cash on arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.



The Neighborhood:

This Italian apartment rental is within walking distance of a supermarket, cafe, ice cream shop and a number of cafes and restaurants. Guests can also walk to the boat stop where you can catch a boat to all the other towns and villages on the lake. Tennis courts and water sports hire are also within walking distance.



Getting Around:

Since this Italian apartment rental is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will allow you to explore more of the area. It is possible to get from Milan Malpensa airport to the village by train or by taxi.
