Jacaranda Beach House

Jacaranda Beach House is located on the New South Wales mid-north coast in the beautiful and popular seaside destination of Smiths Lake which is only a 3 hour drive north of Sydney.
The house has been beautifully renovated inside and out and is set on a large picturesque and private block with stunning landscaped gardens. Upon entering the house you will discover a contemporary and thoughtfully appointed beach house with an open plan living and dining area offering stunning water views of the lake in front. A modern gourmet kitchen adjoins the living area equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has all of the utensils and cookware you need to cater for your stay.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs both with queen beds and 2 bedrooms downstairs one with a queen bed and one with 2 singles. The house has 2 large designer bathrooms . The upstairs bathroom features a bath and large shower recess. The downstairs bathroom has a shower with a rainfall shower head and adjacent fully equipped laundry.
Linen is included for your stay and all beds will be beautifully made for your arrival with luxurious Sheridan cotton sheets and towels on each bed.
There is plenty of room at Jacaranda Beach House.
Enjoy the wide expansive decks including an upstairs alfresco lounge area complete with plantation shutters and Vergola and an outdoor BBQ or relax in one of the two spacious living areas. The house is perfect for a large group or family or a couple looking for a romantic getaway.
The lake can be easily accessed from the front of the property where you will find a sandy beach. Take a swim or a relaxing stroll around the lake to the Frothy Coffee Boathouse where you can enjoy a nice meal or coffee or hire a boat to explore the lake and nearby Sandbar Beach.
Dogs are permitted on request so please let us know the age and breeds of your dogs at the time of booking. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Sorry but cats are not permitted. The house has an enclosed deck area upstairs that is safe and secure. The front garden is also fully fenced.
There is an abundance of wildlife in the area and you can expect daily visits from the resident Kookaburras, Rosellas and King Parrots.
We also have FOXTEL so you can enjoy movies, sport and all of your favourite program's during your stay.
This home has a great holiday feel and with it's proximity to the lake and magnificent surrounding beaches is sure to provide you with a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. We look forward to welcoming you at Jacaranda Beach House.

Jacaranda Beach House

A lovely clean and comfortable house . The kitchen was very well equipped for a large group of eight family members .The downstairs area was perfect for teenagers and the keen fisherman enjoyed being able to walk to the lake .It was a privilege to be able to take our two dogs with us . Great vibe, had everything you wanted. Lovely clean house, whilst we stayed upstairs due to dogs not liking stairs, i have to say that down stairs looks amazing. It is very peaceful, the owner was fabulous. Would stay again. Loved it.

Relaxing home

Jacaranda is a lovely comfortable home which gave us space to have time together and apart! The 2 living rooms and the 4 bedrooms were spaced apart perfectly, giving us a more relaxing break. The lovely outside deck and lounge gave us another space to stretch out! Everything from the booking to arriving, settling in and checking out was so easy.

We found Jacaranda to be very clean and comfortable. It was great having another living area and 2 of the bedrooms downstairs. Plenty of room for the grandkids to spread out. Quiet and peaceful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kookaburra visits were a bonus.

Gerard sent us a detailed information on checking in and checking out. We all love the large spaces where we spent time talking and catching up with the rest of the family. A flock of kookaburras visited us on the back deck for a feed.Tim went kayaking on the lake early in the morning.

Jacaranda Beach house is the perfect house for couples, families or a group with pets. In a great location so close to Smith’s Lake, the house is so spacious with separate living areas upstairs and downstairs and with balconies on both levels perfect for afternoon drinks and a BBQ. Relaxing & beautiful Smiths Lake home

We enjoyed a most relaxing & comfortable winter holiday at Jacaranda. The space is ideal was well suited to our teenage family, with 2 levels and entertainment areas, everyone had their own space to relax. The home is comfortable and well styled, with a lovely outlook through the trees, toward the lake.

Perfect family stay

The property is beautifully presented and ideally located very near to the lake. The property is well appointed and offers everything you could wish for on your break. We took our two dogs along who enjoyed the secure front garden and the views from the balcony! Communication with Gerard was easy and friendly. Spectacular!!

Jacaranda Beach House exceeded our expectations in all areas. We had an amazing four days of relaxation and fun catching up with family (including our puppy) to celebrate two birthdays. The views are fabulous and the property is very well equipped. Having towels and bed linen supplied was a massive bonus for us as it meant we did not have that worry or hassle on arrival. Plenty of space with two lounge areas, two bathrooms and outdoor areas to chill out in. Gerard was always awesome and we would most definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

We arrived to a beautifully located home with a picturesque view of the lake through tall gum trees. The house was as described and pictured, clean and well appointed. There was plenty of space to spread out and have your own restful timeout. We especially loved the upstairs deck area. Gerard was a great host with very clear communication and he kindly allowed us to have a late check-out so that we had time to pack up and fit in with the grandkids nap time. We would happily stay here again.
