In one minute you can enjoy fantastic surf and body boading, or walk along one of the most beautiful S.A. beaches. Only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful McCracken Golf Club and only 10 or 15 minutes to the magnificent Victor and South Lakes courses, great coffee shops, restaurants and beaches

Upstairs the house comprises a spacious lounge and dining area with a Plasma TV, free unlimited WiFi reverse cycle air conditioning , a master bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and pantry fully equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, sandwich maker, milkshake maker, Nespresso Coffee Machine, kettle & all cookware, crockery, glassware & cutlery.

There is a spacious deck on 2 sides of the house (with an outdoor table, chairs and gas BBQ) which take in fantastic panoramic sea and rural views. There are also views across to Granite Island and Victor Harbor. The lights are stunning at night!

Downstairs there are 2 more queen size bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 bunks in each (sleeping 4 more people),a second bathroom/laundry and a retreat/playroom with a second TV, books and games for your enjoyment.
When hiring please note:
Doonas, covers and pillows are provided. All extra linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels, mats etc) can be hired from Victor linen (www.victorlinen.com.au) or you can BYO.
The property is strictly NO SMOKING-decks included.
