Short Stroll to the Beach

House features:
- 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children. 3 queen beds, and 2 double bunk beds.

- Two bathrooms, one with bath, continuous instant gas hot water

To keep your costs to a minimum we do not provide sheets or towels. We can provide for an additional fee.

We do provide you with quilts, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors.

OPTIONAL LINEN FEES:
- Queen bed sheets, 2 pillowcases, two towels and two hand towels - $30 per stay.
- Single bed sheets, 1 pillowcase, one towel and hand towel - $15 per stay.

The house is designed for your privacy and comfort with bedrooms in each corner of the house. Sleep the kids on one side of the house with the parents on the other.

Ideally located in an quiet street. Just a short drive to the main strips of Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. 2 minute walk to Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club which has an amazing swimming and surf beach.

Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. Learn to surf just meters from your stay or take the bike path to Port Elliot, Middleton, Goolwa or Victor Harbor.

Come home to a relaxing barbecue and put your feet up admiring the hills or the beach.

Pets can be negotiated. We are willing to accommodate pets that are cleaned up after (inside and outside), are not going to be a risk to the property or a disturbance to the neighbours.

Public holidays: Note 3 night minimum stay is required for long weekends, 4 night minimum over Easter.

Very easy to book and Ben was very accommodating of our needs. The property is very spacious and the location in Chiton is very convenient to both Victor Harbor & Pt Elliott. There is a great wetlands walk which you can access “under” Pt Elliott road nearby.

Perfect Stay

Our stay in Chiton was fantastic, The layout of the house was perfect for our needs, the beds were comfortable, having 2 bathrooms was excellent and the living areas were perfect for our stay. Communication with Ben was easy and really clear. Highly recommend and many thanks for making our stay fantastic.

Fabulous beach holiday

This lovely house is super comfortable with a great floor plan, central living area, with 2 bedrooms on either side and 2 bathrooms. The back yard is grassy and fenced with a lovely table and chair setting for outdoor eating. 2 min walk to Chiton surf beach and the surf club where you can get breakfast and meals some days. Beds comfy and host easy to communicate with. We had a fabulous long weekend stay. outdoor eating.btweebedrooms

Large family holiday house close to Victor Harbour

This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday house in Victor Harbor is perfect for a large family or group. It is close to the beach, well-connected by car, and always clean. The house has a spacious backyard, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and free WiFi. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Victor Harbor.

Short midweek stay

Had a lovely break with the kids and grandparents- short walk to the beach. The house is very comfortable- and great layout for kids and adults! Ben -the host, is a great communicator and has done a great job setting up the house with everything you need! And, dog friendly which made it easy and enjoyable! We will be back! :)

Victor with a better beach

Very close to Victor, and Pt Elliot so close too. House was ideal for a family, or even two families! A central living area with two seating areas. One house wing contained a bathroom/toilet with 2 rooms (Queen bed in each room). The second house wing contained bathroom/toilet with 2 rooms (Queen and 4 singles (2 bunks)). Modern house. Ducted reverse-cycle air-con. Undercover parking. Only irritation was walking across fine gravel and then more gravel and/or grass to get into the house (entry around the other side) which in dry weather may have been okay. Most house are concreted around the building perimeter. All up excellent value, close to everything we needed and comfortable inside. Wi-Fi good, Smart TV good size (75 inch?), beach only a few minutes walk away up the connecting short road. Would stay again, no hesitation.

Overall very good. Lovely big open space living area. We enjoyed the stay because it was pet-friendly and our dogs enjoyed it too. Very secure back yard and lovely lawn area for the dogs to run around. Would be ideal for a family to stay as there are 4 bedrooms and one with 2 bunk beds.

Weekend stay

My two sisters, close friend and I all stayed for two nights and could not fault this place. We absolutely loved the home, the area and our stay! The check in process was super easy, the house was very neat and cosy and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Beach holiday

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and, again we had a terrific time. We loved the close proximity to the beach - 5 minute walk. Our grandkids (2 and 4 years old) managed the walk easily and had lots of fun chasing the waves and building sandcastles. Also, our two dogs were with us and they loved the morning and afternoon walks, running in and out of the waves. The property is close to other attractions within the area - short 10 minute drive to Urimbirra Wildlife Park, 5 minute drive to Victor Harbor or Port Elliot to catch the Cockle Train. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the showers very nice. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Long weekend

The property had a great layout- very toddler and dog friendly. Short walk to the beach, bikeway and Chiton Rocks SLSC. Loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Very Comfortable

We have stayed at this lovely property 3 times now. It is a great location for Chiton Surf Club and beach. Please note, the surf beach is, in my opinion, not safe for little tackers. However, good surf for strong swimmers and only a 5 min drive to a kids beach at Port Elliott. Great floor plan with a lovely fenced yard and excellent communication from the host. Perfect for 6 adults but would also suit 2 families.
