An architect designed glass and steel pavilion houses the extensive kitchen, dining and living area with uninterrupted floor to ceiling views to the Grose Valley. HayView is luxuriously appointed with all the modern conveniences. The stylish cottage, linked by a covered walkway, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & an intimate lounge area. Two bedrooms have queen beds and views whilst the smaller 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. There are two smart TVs, 2 DVDs, Blue Tooth radio, Phone charger outlet, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee Machine, dining area, double sided Jetmaster gas fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioning, barbecue, outdoor table and chairs on north facing terrace with view. You can curl up in front of the fire or sit on the sun drenched terrace and enjoy a panoramic outlook over the garden and valley extending as far as the eye can see. HayView offers tranquility and a sense of seclusion just 1.2kms from the cafes, boutiques and galleries of Leura Mall. Perfect for that quiet romantic getaway or for a weekend away with friends. We love the contrast of Leura and the mountains to our life in Sydney. We can leave our busy lives(and the traffic) behind us and simply relax at HayView soaking up the view. This is how we recharge. We do like to step out to one of our favourite local cafes though and we enjoy the choice that the mountains offers, as well as the many bush walks. We're fortunate to be able to travel and usually manage a winter holiday skiing and a summer holiday on a beach up north. These days some of our breaks away include our small grandchildren and our focus expands to include playgrounds and feeding the ducks. These are special times, but we do head up to Hayiew to recover our energy! If we're fortunate to get overseas Italy always features somewhere in the mix.
Why they chose this property
HayView is our own special holiday home. We now generally only rent it out to past guests or by recommendation, although we do open it up for Easter and the June long week-end.

With the views over the valley it really doesn't matter what the weather does, as each season has its own appeal, and you could spend the entire time without leaving HayView should you choose to.
