Perfect Hamptons Getaway

The house was a wonderful light, bright contemporary with terrific outdoor spaces and pool. Our family has five very good cooks and we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Every tool you could need to create wonderful family meals is provided. The master bathroom is wonderful with an incredible spacious shower. Alex is a great communicator and made sure that we knew, everything about the house and the area.

Perfect weekend getaway

This is a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. It is in a secluded area but still just minutes away from East Hampton village. The decor is stylish, furniture is comfortable, and kitchen is spacious. The fireplace was great to have for a December weekend. We were pleased to be able to bring our dog, too. The owners have made the house accommodating for renters and are easy to work with. The only small con is in regards to the shower in the master bath - it took a minute to figure out how to get the water to just come out from the top instead of shooting at you from every direction (which floods the floor a bit and uses up all the hot water very quickly!) Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

Wonderful Summer Stay in the Hamptons

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood that is still conveniently located 5-10 minutes away from East Hampton Village. Outdoor deck was very well maintained - we ate there for most of our meals - and heated pool was perfect for kids. Community tennis courts were a big plus. Owner was extremely responsive (often within minutes) and easy to deal with. Recommended.

Incredible stay! Amazing host!

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's property. The location could not have been better - 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from East Hampton town, 3 minutes from Round Swamp - although we didn't want to leave the house because the pool was so lovely! In all of our years of renting in the Hamptons, Alex was by far the most hospitable and communicative host we have had, addressing all of our questions in a satisfactory and very timely manner, both leading up to our stay and once we had arrived. He even ordered exercise equipment for us to use during our stay. We would absolutely recommend Alex's house and would love to stay here again.

Great spot even when the weather doesn’t cooperate

Enjoyed this property during a rainy week but made good use of the large and cozy living room with fireplace. When the weather did break for a few days the property manager made arrangements to have the pool and outdoor space cleaned without us asking, and was very quick to respond. The house was clean, pool was amazing and heated for the short time we did get to use it, and the house was well stocked. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property.

Great Thanksgiving vacation

We had a great time! The house is well cleaned and very good space. We enjoyed the large kitchen size and fireplace. The outdoors space is very good as well, we enjoyed the area for walks and bike rides and our favorite is the shared tennis courts with the neighboors.

Quiet fall retreat

We loved our stay. The weather didn’t allow for using the pool but we could still eat outside and enjoy a morning coffee on the deck. We were looking for a quiet place to rest from the city noise and hustle and that was perfect. 10 min drive to East Hampton town, 20 min from Montauk, ideal location ! We have a dog and love walking him in nature and there were plenty of options around the house or within short driving distance. We will come back. Communication with the owner was easy and very responsive.

It was like coming home...

Although it was only a short stay, we've really enjoyed it! The house is very well maintained and everything is in perfect working condition (including the fridge, oven and the "old" dishwasher ;-). If you are looking for a quiet place on the village fringe to relax by the pool, or a comfortable base for your activities, this is the place for you.
(Not so much if you are looking for a place to party).

The neighborhood is predominately owner occupied, with owners coming out on the weekends, tennis courts and luxurious houses on spacious lots.

It is the ideal place to unwind on the new oversized deck and enjoy a barbeque with friends.

We have recently updated various areas of the house, e.g. new interior doors, new a/c, new pool heater, pool liner, a luxurious kitchen and above all a new master bathroom... immers yourself in the digital shower experience with a total of 6 showerheads coming at you from all directions (if you so wish)... This is not just a vacation rental, but a spa experience...

What makes this property unique

Particularly interesting for longer term renters is the fact that we have installed very energy efficient colling and pool heating systems recently.
The central a/c is a 16 SEER system and the gas pool heater was replaced by a modern heat pump. We also provide you with a state of the art pool robot, reducing your running costs considerably.
You can also control your thermostat via your iphone/ android ...
