Welcome to our family's home away from home! Our aim is to accommodate families like our own. Please note: sheets/towels are BYO unless hired separately ($240 full house - 9 beds & 12 towels or $120 half house - 4 beds + 8 towels). Covered doonas, pillow slips, bath mats, tea towels, & toiletries included.

Sleeping configuration:
2 Queen beds | 2 doubles | 4 singles | 2 Queen sofabeds, a full sized portacot and a baby bassinet. Beds 1 & 2 have queen beds. Bed's 3 and 4 each have double and single bunks + single trundle. Bed 5 is a queen sofabed in the second lounge. [2nd Queen sofabed is spare unless specifically requested].

Great place to stay for a group of friends

Well positioned for our group of friends who attended for Geographe Bay race week 2025 - between the Marina and the Geographe Bay Yacht Club. Enough space for us all and although we didn't have time to enjoy all of the outdoor activities on offer the dining area (inside and out) was large enough for us all to enjoy time together. Great air-conditioning! Very responsive friendly owner to our couple of queries

We are a young family of five, with 3 boys aged 9, 6 and 4.

We live in Perth but regularly travel down to the south West as we have family & friends there, including my husband's sister who is a vet and founded Vasse Vets in 2015.

Her and her husband Pete, two young and their version of animal farm live on 100 acres about 20mins inland from Busselton.

Why they chose this property

I'm originally from London, and fell in love with Busselton from a combination of an ex-partners parents who still live there, and competing in events in the South West including the Jetty Swim and Half Ironman.

I love the miles of beautiful untouched beaches and relaxed atmosphere, but still so close to a large town centre.

The house is in a quiet area and is a home away from home for a young family, accommodating multiple generations. we are licenced to sleep 12 in 4 bedrooms and 1 second lounge (dbl).

The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, the second bedroom a queen bed, and the two kids rooms both having a double/single bunk each.
at no extra rental charge there is a boori matilda cradle, portacot, stroller, playpen. two highchairs, potty, step, kids sofas, kids seats, kids dining table and stools, kids plastic plates and cutlery and just about anything else you need.
we even have an hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse them off from the beach (or for that morning nudi wake up!), just warn David next door!!
