Each of the four bedrooms has been styled for rest. The primary features a king bed and an ensuite with a walk-in rain shower. These rooms share a family bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower and contemporary finishes.

For everyday essentials, the Dunsborough shopping centre is an easy 11-minute walk. Tee off at Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club or visit Country Life Farm, just a five-minute drive away, for a relaxed family outing. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
