Loved it and didn’t want to leave. Had all we needed for a comfortable stay and well located. Also coincided with an art trail event which was a bonus. So much to see and do in the area.

Great place to stay, with everything in the house that you need, the neighbours extremely accomodating, and pleasant, abundant with wildlife, a great family holiday for young, and old, not to mention the great fishing. Thanks heaps for a lovely holiday!!!
Well equipped stay in peaceful surrounds. Jetty for paddling and fishing with a lovely beach short walk away. So much to do in the area. Or just chill and read with a water view.
The property is well located in a slightly elivated position towards the end of the road, so it was very quiet with very little traffic. The accommodation was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and will likely come back for another visit.
The house had everything that you would expect in a holiday house. Also had a lovely view and was very quiet. The only downside was my fault as I didn’t realize it was so far from shops and restaurants which meant no ducking out for a quick meal! If I had realized that I probably would have booked something closer to facilities.
This wonderful cabin was the perfect place to explore the Tasman Peninsula. The host was wonderful giving us ideas of places to visit. The best part was the beautiful view of the water from the deck and the bedroom. Slept with the window open, breeze and sound of waves. Thanks for sharing.

Sommer Bay Beach House is exactly as shown online. The front deck as connected to a enclosed yard at the side of the house which is ideal for the four legged children in which to play. Great views and wants for nothing other than more guests.
Sommers Bay is gorgeous. We booked this beach house when we saw the view from the deck. This modest house has everything needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay and was clean, warm, with well stocked kitchen draws. We’ll be booking again for a summer holiday.
House was as advertised. Clean linens and plenty of room for 4 adults. It had everything we needed. Small amount of bench space for food storage and prep but we managed fine. Great community and access to east coast convict trail, beach with fishing jetty just over the road. Lovely people staying nearby loaned us kayaks which was a highlight, perfect spot for kayaks and fishing. I would recommend this property.
Great views from the deck while enjoying this stunning location

Warm & Cosy
We enjoyed our stay at Sommers Bay Beach House - we selected this property as we were able to have our dog join us on our trip. The property was clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. This property would be ideal for families also.
Sommers Bay Beach House is in a great location for sight seeing, peace and quiet and strolls along the beach. The view from the decking is lovely and is a great place for a read and for watching the wildlife. The house is super comfy and has everything you need. The local Roadhouse is a great resource and the locals are so friendly. Best of all we were able to take our four legged friend with us who made himself quite at home and was totally worn out after all the beach exercise. Thankyou for a great holiday.
Overall impression of the stay was faultless.
The ladies would of liked more towels per person and perhaps more hand towels in the bathroom.
Over abundance of appliances in the kitchen.
Will definitely come again

Small and tidy waterfront shack.
Lovely peaceful location, small and tidy shack. Cleanliness of kitchen utensils and towels left a little to be desired, but would still recommend a stay in this lovely area.
