The property has three bedrooms, two queens and a single bed, a separate lounge, open plan kitchen and dining area plus a large outdoor entertainment area with BBQ. The outdoor BBQ and alfresco dining table are undercover so you can enjoy outdoor living in all weather. The back garden also has a charming lawn and fire pit. On the other side of the house, the front deck is sun drenched and furnished, with charming views of Pipeclay Lagoon.

The home is beautifully furnished and well equipped, with a rich history (you can read about his in the handbook at the property!). Within walking distance is the local beach, play park, bowls club, and outdoor gym on the waterfront.

There are two bathrooms in the property - one bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a separate toilet and separate shower. The bathrooms are off the laundry room, which is fully equipped with a separate washer and dryer.

Due to the property being contactless self check-in, booking guest is required to complete an online registration prior to check-in, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport).
