This Character cottage is located one street back from the most beautiful beach and the perfect getaway. The backyard is the perfect chill out area for family gatherings and plenty of room for the dog too. It is neat as a pin and very comfortable and the host was amazing to deal with. A definite little gem.

We decided to book last minute accommodation in Busselton. We gave up after trying with no luck. Luckily we came across this property. It was just enough for our family. Close to the beach. Close to the shops and everything else. We had a great time and greatly recommend this place.

Thank you for leaving our place immaculate. It was a pleasure hosting you. We would be very happy seeing you again anytime. And we do offer discounts to returning customers.
Thank you Kasia and Wes.
As others have mentioned, families with children and/or dogs would appreciate the large backyard and short walk to the beach, and the outdoor shower and foot washer to get the sand off when you get back. The fact that it has only one toilet made it more challenging for 5 adults. It’s an older house. Air conditioning only in the living room but breeze and fans made bedrooms (it was cool at night when we were there so that probably helped). Wifi better toward bedroom-end of the house, not useful in the living room.
Great location, big back yard, clean house and fully equiped. The property manager was very helpful and accomodating. The house is one street back from the beach and 15min walk to town so very good location too. I will most certainly be back if available on my next South West adventure!
We loved our stay at this beautifully appointed comfortable cottage. The close proximity to the dog beach, and the boat ramp with ample room for a large dog to romp in the extensive backyard, plus comfortable beds and linen and towels provided means we are definitely keen to return. Thank you, Kasia and Wes :)
Great property, not far from the beach, had everything we needed including space to sit outside. Was great being able to walk short distance to the beach and not too far from the main street so could get everything we needed. Communication with the owner was fantastic, thank you and definitely a place we would return to for a time away.
Decided to take me elderly parents on a no fuss holiday and fortunately was able to book this outstanding accommodation. Beds were extremely comfortable with fresh linen, the house was exceptionally clean and well catered for. Our beautiful hosts even left a complimentary bottle of wine and messaged to make sure everything was ok. Have already recommended to friends and family and will certainly be staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us .

We are always striving to make it the best possible experience for our guests. We appreciate your comments very much and we are looking forward to seeing you again, Best wishes Kasia and Wes.
Beautiful cottage, exactly as the listing says - only 40mtrs from the beach. There is also a footpath all the way in to town (approx 2km).Cottage is equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. Bedrooms are large and beds comfortable, with clean good quality linen and blankets. The backyard is huge (big enough for a game of cricket) and the outdoor dining table and patio furniture are perfect for enjoying an evening BBQ dinner. We will definitely stay here again!

A very homely and cosy house!!!
We booked last minute and the hosts were very helpful when answering all our questions, organising the house/keys and arrival and departure times. We stayed there for two nights and the house provided everything we would need; the basic essentials, kitchen filled with equipment, cleaning products, towels and linen. The house is a cottage and not some fancy new home so i think the pictures show how it actually is. If you are wanting something a little less casual i wouldn't book here because Its a very casual cottage that was very homely and cosy. It was very nice and clean when we arrived, big backyard that we were able to hangout in, close to the city centre and the beach.
I loved it and so did all of my friends, would recommend :)

We really enjoyed our three night stay. Great location....close to the beach, close to town centre without being on the doorstep.
Home is a cottage and the facilities are nothing flash, but are great at the same time.

Wonderful stay
We stayed at the property for a couple of nights. It was a last minute booking and the hosts (Kasia and Wes) helped us organise everything. They were very friendly and approachable.
The property was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location of it is perfect. Quiet neighbourhood and short stroll to the beautiful beach. We walked to the Jetty in the morning spotting dolphins playing in the ocean, had coffee at The Goose and walked back to the house. Just perfect.
We will come back again, more people next time as the next door property is listed on Stayz as well ( SeaRose Busselton Cottage). We could rent both houses and have bigger gathering.
Thank you Kasia and Wes

Beautifully quaint cottage
Our stay in this cottage was just what was ordered for a much needed break. It was cosy during the wet weather and ever so peaceful with the surroundings.
Hearing the waves in the background just made it that much better. You can easily make yourself at home with the comfort of all the amenities. Definitely will come back and would recommend anyone to stay here.
Many thanks again.

Welcoming Cottage
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! it was so homely and welcoming and in a great location. We really appreciated the space inside and outside and loved the back yard with its entertaining space and lawn area for families. The extra little touches of providing tissues and hand-wash in each area, as well as electric blankets was very thoughtful. We did not have to bring or pay for linen (apart from our beach towels). We look forward to staying there again.

Response from VrboOwner on 30 Mar 2020
Dear Jacqui, we are always happy if our customers enjoy their stay. You should try coming back in summer to fully appreciate the beach and how close it is. You can walk there with a cup of coffee, sit on the bench and watch the dolphins. We are looking forward to having you back again and remember to mention that you are a returning customer to receive your discount. Kind regards, Kasia and Wes

Why they chose this property
We have fallen in Love with Busselton and when this house came on the market we just couldn't resist it. We love the location so close to the beach and to the town center. Yet it is so quiet even during the busiest times of the year, including Christmas. You almost feel like you have the beach to yourself. We truly enjoy our walks on the beach with a break for coffee at the goose cafe while watching the ocean. Needles to say our two German Shepherds love the beach and swimming in the ocean. Alternatively beautiful long bike rides along the beach is an irresistible option. The location also permits to make it a starting point for day trips to
What makes this property unique
At the same time this house is so strategically located allowing for day visits to take advantage of all attractions that picturesque down south has to offer. The towns like Margaret River, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Augusta are just around the corner. What's not to love.
