Luxurious beachfront condo with beautiful views. Four Seasons 302E has only 4 units per floor. Nine people can sleep as there are 3 large bedrooms each with a private bath. It has a huge wrap around balcony, private pier, outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, and workout room with sauna.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances plus a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. Laundry room adjacent to the kitchen has new washer and dryer. Dining table seats 6 plus 3 stools at kitchen counter. Or choose to eat at the table for two in front of the wall of windows that provide views of the beach, ocean, and pier.

Spacious living area overlooks the beach and ocean with unobstructed views, plus 3 rooms have doors to the the balcony. All bedrooms have flat screen tv's. There is also a wet bar with ice maker.

Large patio doors from the den and 2 of the bedrooms lead to a private wrap-around balcony with sunrise AND sunset views of the Gulf, the white sand beach, and the pier.

Master bedroom has a California King bed with large Roku tv, dresser, chest of drawers, nightstands, and large patio door that leads out to the balcony. The two large closets provide ample storage. The master bath has a huge walk-in shower and two sinks.

The front spacious guest bedroom has a queen bed, Roku tv, and private full bath with shower. It also has patio doors that lead to the balcony.

The third bedroom features 2 twin beds with flat screen tv and views of the beach. It also has bunk beds with full bed on bottom and twin on top. This room to sleep 5 (4 adults and one person under 100 pounds on top bunk). This bedroom features a private bath with shower/tub combo and a large vanity.

Amenities of the complex include 24 hr security, large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness room with new flat screen tv and sauna. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit. BUT it is limited to one vehicle per unit during the week of Memorial Day and the week of Fourth of July.

The most outstanding feature is the private fishing pier on the Gulf (the only private fishing pier in the state of Alabama) with 3 shaded rest areas. Seating lines both sides of the pier facing East & West to fish or watch the gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Plus dolphins are observed daily just beyond the pier. There are also areas to clean and care for the "latest catch". In the evenings, the pier has lights shining into the water to observe the sea life or to night fish.
