Great place, nice and clean and owner terrific. Thanks.
It was a lovely place to stay!
It was very clean . Easy access. Close enough to shops and restaurants. My only criticism would be the window coverings in the bedroom, block out blinds would be better!!
Great holiday home for two
We had a great stay. The house is accurately reflected in the photos and the description on the site. A great option for a couple who want to get away.
Recommend for a couple get away. The house was clean and presentable, and only a short distance to a scenic beach.
Relaxing holiday cottage
We loved staying at Overboard Cottage Anglesea. Bodhan has thought of everything you might need on a trip away, an iPad dock, champagne glasses and anything else. The view is beautiful and the spa was amazing. Close enough to shops if you need anything, far enough away from everything to have a secluded romantic trip.
Amazing view and so relaxing
Thanks Bohdan for providing everything we needed for a week in Anglesea. The bed was comfortable, the spa tub was large, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the options of eating outside or inside, reading on the deck or watching movies on the couch. The beach was just a short walk away and the view was incredible. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for some peace at the beach.
The seaside town of Anglesea is situated along the scenic Great Ocean Road on the Anglesea River, between the nearby coastal towns of Torquay and Aireys Inlet. Anglesea is a particularly significant town on the Great Ocean Road as it marks the first spot south-west of the road's official start at Torquay where it meets the coast.
Patrolled surf and swimming beaches surrounded by beautiful forest and coastal scenery make Anglesea a popular tourist resort with the vast expanse of sand surrounding the mouth of the Anglesea River being a popular spot for swimmers. Other scenic spots along the coast include the rocky Point Roadknight and the lookouts off Harvey Street and the Great Ocean Road above the town's main surf beach.
Attractive parks and gardens line the coastal foreshore and the Anglesea River, with Coogoorah Park at the end of River Reserve Road featuring a network of islands linked by boardwalks and bridges through wetlands.
Around 10 kilometres north-east of Anglesea is Point Addis where rugged sandstone cliffs overlook a marine national park. It's popular launching place for hang gliders, while steps lead down from the cliff top to the beach which is an ideal surfing spot.
