Outstanding Oceanfront Condo On The Beach With A Pool!!
Time to get away! Rent our newest addition! This newly renovated condo with a brand new, high-end, kitchen and updated bathrooms (see pictures) is so nice that you may never want to leave the unit. This unit is on an elevated 3rd floor (4th floor in reality) and is directly on the Ocean. (There is an elevator in the building) The views are breathtaking and the sunrises are fantastic! You will be creating lifelong memories with the people that you love. We own 2 units in this building and both of them are clean, updated, and beautiful. Rental License Numbers PLR2019-00446 (00447 and 00448)

Well, I am married to a great wife and have 4 adult children. We have been doing Vacation Rentals since 2012. We have 3 properties in Marathon, FL, two condos and a 4 bedroom house on the ocean. We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.
Why they chose this property
We love this property because of it's unique location. We are directly on the ocean and have a pool and a beach. We are right next to the Coco Plum (city) Beach. The Keys are not known for their beaches since they are built on coral, so to be next door to one is unique within itself.
