Wallowie Views Beach House is a stylish two storey holiday home set amongst the privacy of the ti trees and situated on one of the highest points of Rye back beach with in ground pool, games room, unlimited fast NBN Broadband WiFi and a short stroll to the ocean beach.

Wallowie Views is a luxurious holiday residence designed with relaxation and style in mind. With the vast array of amenities on offer you may get the impression on entrance that you have arrived at your very own private resort. The positioning of Wallowie Views provides guests with panoramic views of the Mornington Peninsula from Arthur's Seat to Cape Schanck Lighthouse.

Walk 600 metres to the beach and coastal walks or enjoy in-house entertainment. Dine al fresco under the stars by night and relax on the lounges by the solar heated pool by day. Read a good book or enjoy conversation indoors in front of the Coonara wood heater (Firewood provided May to October). Both the little and big kids of the family will love the Games Room which boasts a billiard table, table tennis, darts, comfy couches and a large flat screen TV. Let the sound of the ocean waves lull you to sleep at night. As you can see the options at Wallowie Views are endless.

This two story holiday home consists of one king master bedroom upstairs with ensuite (bath, shower, toilet and double basin), two stylish queen bedrooms and a further room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The fifth bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk overhead, perfect for a family or kids. The spacious principal bathroom is located downstairs with a bath, shower double vanity and separate toilet.

The kitchen is tastefully decorated and comes complete with all the required modern conveniences. Loads of bench space will make it a pleasure to prepare a meal in this wonderful kitchen. Enjoy a casual bite to eat at the breakfast bar (seats 5) or welcome a sumptuous meal at the beautifully presented dining table (seats 10) in front of the wood fire. (Firewood is provided May to October)) During the warmer months perhaps a BBQ by the pool in the outdoor pavilion would be more appealing, the pavilion comes complete with gas BBQ, mini fridge, sink, lounges, cafe blinds and television plus an outdoor dining setting.

The open plan layout, resort like facilities and the garden teeming with bird life, creates a sensational ambiance and the perfect place to relax away from the hustle of busy city life. This exclusive holiday retreat will bring your senses alive!

Amazing Post Lock Down Stay

This place had everything you could need for a trip away! From areas to relax and unwind, to areas you could have some fun and enjoyment with friends and family. Awesome outdoor space to sit back and relax by the pool also. A great place to stay with the family or group of friends. Close to golf courses and hot springs also for day activities!

Palatial and inviting. Close to everything and a great retreat to return to after beaches, hot springs and wineries. Andrew is an amazing host, attentive but unobtrusive, and house is stocked with everything you need. A gem.

Stayed during Melbourne Cup week with my parents over from UK & our 2 young children. The property worked for all of us - the sound of the ocean, outside living space, games room, wonderful inclusive ground floor area and kitchen and peace and solitude. The perfect stay for all of us to be together and enjoy life at its best. House was spotless and the owner could not have been more helpful. Really recommend this property.

The Perfect House!!

We stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights, and it was just perfect. The house is huge, with plenty of room for all 13 guests. The view from both the main bedroom, and the outside veranda is spectacular. The games room was by far the winner for everyone who stayed there, the room is so big and there is so many different games within the one room. Give my full recommendation to anyone who is looking at this property, it will not disappoint!!

We enjoyed our stay. Never a dull moment with all the activities property has to offer. Swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area with alfresco dinning and lounge equipped with bar fridge and tv. To the games room billiards, table tennis, darts. 10 out of 10.

Great time had by all - very relaxing accommodation, with plenty of space to come together & even escape fellow guests if you wanted to. Games room was great for the teenagers, they had their privacy, as did the adults - most mornings were spent enjoying the wonderful views outdoors & some yummy meals were prepared in the very spacious & well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this venue, well designed & planned out.
