Great weekend getaway

This proved to be a great base and set up for a last minute weekend away for two families. Loads of time spent with the kids on the tennis court!

Fantastic Getaway

Such a great property, plenty of space and so much provided - games, sports and beach gear. Everything was clean, well supplied and the hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had a great stay. We loved the location, close to the back beaches and away from the crowds. All in all, a true 5 star property!

Family holiday

Thank you to our amazing hosts who were accommodating and responsive, made our stay so easy! Aside from being an amazing place to stay with every amenity you could want, it also included games and sporting equipment to keep adults and kids entertained for hours! Highly recommend!

Little piece of heaven

Absolutely wonderful my family and grandchildren could not be happier with this property and how the owners conducted a very exciting and relaxing holiday for us…. Perfect!

The property was outstanding. Malia was a fantastic host and she was extremely helpful with any of our questions. I can highly recommend the property based on location, the size and space we had, the equipment available for beach or sports, and the cleanliness of the whole place. For a larger group that is looking for a "resort style" getaway, this is the place.

Resort style luxury

We enjoyed a 4 day stay with 6 adults and 4 children - primary school and teens. We all had plenty of room - indoors and out. Activities galore with tennis court, pool, basketball, indoor games room - resort style facilities enough to keep us all entertained. Great quiet location and back beaches within walking distance. Check in was easy, communication was very responsive, and very clean facilities. Each room was well designed with plenty of storage, linen, towels, toiletries, kitchen and pantry well stocked and also a lovely gift basket on arrival. All you need is your suitcase and some food! Thank you Malia for a lovely home.

Great facilities

The property is well equipped, with everything you need and more. You won't have to entertain the kids, as everything is provided in a safe and secure location. Most things are a drive, except for the back beach (15 minutes walk) and one local shop (10 minutes). There are tailored T&C's for this property. Read them carefully.

Guests enjoy the location for its serenity and proximity to all the best of the Peninsula while being able to sit on the sand or in the sea water at No.16 beach, Dimmicks beach, numerous rock pools, exploring rugged coastal tracks and the vast Mornington Peninsula National Park, in less than a 15 minute walk (or ~1 minute drive), in all directions from the privacy and back beach serenity Rye Breakaway Oasis base and less than 3.5km to Blairgowrie front beach and shops or Rye front beach and shops under 5km, with the best of the Peninsula spas, golfing venues, wineries, restaurants, including Sorrento and Portsea, all in an easy and pretty 5- 15 minute drive. RBO’s house rules are standard for properties with this level of amenities and positioning for the safety and enjoyment of the property, registered guests and future guests.

Ideal getaway

My 3 adult children, partners and my husband & I stayed here for 2 nights and it was fantastic! The property had everything we needed including a Tennis Court which was a big hit, a beautiful pool which unfortunately we didn't get to use because of the weather however the Tennis Court well and truly made up for that. Check in & Check out was super easy. Friday night we enjoyed the wood heater which was easy to use & Saturday morning we had a lovey cooked breakfast on the BBQ. We headed off to Sorrento for lunch which was only a short trip down the road, after a quick bite everyone was keen to return to the property for some more Tennis! I would highly recommend the property, it was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Malia was a great host answering any questions I had instantly, we were even greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and some biscuits which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning next year.....or maybe even a quick getaway during winter!
