ALL BRAND NEW INTERIOR!!!

Location doesn't get any better than this. With spectacular views over Rennies Beach and the Pacific Ocean and a short stroll to Rennies Beach, you will truly unwind in this comfortable modern beach house that has been fully re-furbished.

Within easy walking distance to Ulladulla shops, cafes and restaurants, once you arrive, you can leave your car in the driveway for good.

Situated just 3 hrs drive from Sydney CBD or 2.5 hrs from South Sydney, Ulladulla is celebrated for its relaxed atmosphere, welcoming community, pristine harbour, stunning beaches and breathtaking Budawang Mountain ranges. Ulladulla is renowned as a fishing village, and the picturesque Ulladulla Harbour is home to the local fishing fleet.






Summer Salt has 2 separate self contained areas.
Upstairs has its own living area, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (main bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed and one bunk bed - in total, upstairs sleeps 6) Downstairs also has living area, kitchen and bathroom and 1 bedroom - the bedroom has one queen sized bed and 1 bunk bed - so sleeps a total of 4 people)

Upstairs has 2 outdoor areas - one newly extended deck overlooking the ocean and one covered outdoor area, downstairs has a covered outdoor area - great for BBQ\'s even if it rains.


Full Linen Supply available on request - $25/person (sheets and towels).

Please note, minimum 2 nights stay required.
Single night stays will be at owner's discretion - mid week only (may be refused during peak season) - additional cleaning fee of $100 for one level or $150 for whole house will be charged.

We only stayed one night but would have enjoyed more. Very spacious and comfortable home with a full-length elevated deck overlooking the sea. Adorable pair and their tiny brood of masked lapwing plovers in the yard kept us entertained. Quiet street. Too windy for the beach but the access wasn’t far. Lovely spot!

Very comfortable and lovely views

Great spot and wonderful host. Our family loved the large deck and great views. There are some nice walks down to the beach and the house had everything we needed. The downstairs area was a welcome kids retreat with lots of space for a family. Would definitely stay again.

Summer Salt Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at Summer Salt Beach House. The house and views are better in real life. We had an enjoyable stay with lots to do in the area all within walking distance or just staying at home lounging around. The BBQ on the verandah was awesome watching the waves and hearing the ocean was a bonus. The house was very clean with a large bathroom and continuous hot water. We would definitely love to stay again and for longer. Thank you for having us Magda.

This house overlooking Rennie's Beach was ideal for us as it really is like two apartments (one upper and one lower) and we were 2 couples. The upper one was the better of the two as it had a deck overlooking the beach and ocean and was also better equipped. We had a good time here. The beach was good for walking on. In particular, my sister and brother in law (who had the upper level and were visiting from Canada) were delighted to see dolphins swimming in the surf. Both couples enjoyed our stay!

Life of ease

Summer Salt Beach house is a fabulous get away for couples or families. Perfectly situated with stunning views and easy access to shops and beaches. Summer Salt has been totally renovated with a separate self contained unit under the upper floor. Ideal for multi age families or for families holidaying with Grandparents. Magda is a superb host and is always available to help make your getaway hassle free. We are return guests of Magda and have always found the property clean and fully outfitted with extra blankets, donas and heaters to cover colder weather.

That View Tho!

We had the pleasure of staying at Summer Salt after the recent refurbishment a few weeks ago. The instructions provided were very clear along with a few suggestions of local amenities and restaurants. Upon arrival, the gardens in very good order and extremely clean when walking in. A very comfortable, clean with an exceptionally large bathroom and deck, we as a couple were inundated with space to relax! It wasn't till the morning that we really appreciated the view, the photo is good but until you breath and take it all in, you wont feel like its time to early retire to the south coast. The kitchen is so well appointed with cutlery and crockery that we should have brought our family and friends, something to note next time. The best part about the place, again is the deck and the ability to simply switch off, take a stroll along Rennies Beach and then a road trip up to Milton and Mollymook is also very highly recommended!

Cleaning

The property overlooks the beach. The roar of the surf can be heard from the master bedroom. However the sheets “looked like” they were slept in. A black hair nestling on the partly folded crinkled sheets The end sheets not tucked in. We moved to the second bedroom at least sheets tucked in. The kitchen and bathroom not cleaned. Food in the microwave and fridge. Finger marks on doors , toothpaste on the mixing tape.The shower screen glass dirty. It’s a nice enough house tastefully decorated but nobody feels comfortable with other peoples grime.

We have been trialing new cleaners - I assure you the house gets cleaned after each visit - obvioulsy not to correct standards. Beautiful property with stunning outlook

The house is actually 2 separate apartments. There’s no internal staircase and it was pouring with rain the night we stayed. But the deck and the view - and the beautiful upstairs bathroom make up for this peculiarity.

Perfect stay

Beautiful house, very very clean. Beds were comfy, the view is breathtaking. Separate entry for both levels fits 2 families comfortably. The house and the view from the kitchen and balcony are much nicer than what the photos show.

As return guests we stayed longer and brought our daughter and son. The downstairs self contained unit provides additional flexibility to the upstairs residence and large verandah. The house is well suited to family groups.

Exceptional Ulladulla Holiday House

Beautiful two-level home, wonderfully appointed overlooking the coastline and crashing surf of Rennies beach. Tastefully decorated with a perfect kitchen. Great covered deck with large dining set and lounge area. Short stroll to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Check out Ruse, fabulous Mexican restaurant on the harbour. Beautiful accommodation

Great location and beautiful house. The only negative thing is cleaning issue. We arrived 5:30 pm and the cleaner was still cleaning the house so we had to wait another 20 minutes to check in and whole floors were wet and not cleaned properly.

Amazing house and views
