Fitted kitchen with new equipment open to living room, large bay with beautiful sea view,
1 bedroom suite with 1 double bed in 160x200 (25.5 m2), 1 suite with 2 single beds in 90x200 (27.5 m2). The two beds in 90 can be brought closer
Large south and west facing terrace with stunning sea views. Private garden of 400 m2. Not overlooked.

In a preserved greenery, sea and mountains, Villa 'Maquis Sea and is only 160 meters as the crow flies from a wonderful beach of fine sand and rocks.

The garden around the villa is a haven of rest and relaxation. Olive trees, oaks, arbutus, junipers, heather, mastic and scrub plants have been preserved.
Large tiled terraces on one level with the living room used to take his meals facing the sea, and rest among the vegetation.
The kitchen, new, finishes and neat decoration, is of great comfort. A large bay in the living room also enjoy sea views during your lunch inside the villa.

Two suites are separated from the living room by isophonic doors for your comfort and privacy. Attached private bathrooms each have a walk-in shower large size (1 mx 1.60 m) and a separate toilet.
The only other building in the vicinity of Villa des Plages-Valinco is the owners' villa.
