I had a wonderful stay.Beautiful, quiet cabin with everything you need to relax and feel comfortable. And Gail was exceptionally nice and friendly.I'd love to come back.
We had an awesome time staying here. The property is huge, and with so much to potentially explore onsite, we realised that 1 night is simply not enough time here, so we will be back again soon for sure. 100% recommend this little piece of paradise.
The cabin was so beautiful, charming and well thought out. Although the facilities are quite basic, it felt like it was designed out of love, with lots of focus on lovely details. It was very clean and Gail put in a lot of effort to make sure our stay was good. Our fire was even made before we arrived which made it super cosy.
The location is beautiful, and feels very remote. Definitely recommend getting some groceries on your way in.
Absolutely beautiful location secluded and quiet,
Relaxing and charming our host Gail had a lovely welcoming fire burning in the fireplace on our arrival and made us feel right at home and very comfortable
Everything we needed was there, the bed was warm and comfortable
We enjoyed many walks in the forest spotting all different kinds of birds, the kangaroos roam freely and the frogs call sweetly at night
We had an amazing time and looking for to staying there again
I could sit here all day singing the praises of The Old Brush Studio. It was everything I was hoping for and more. I felt very welcomed and I only wish that I could have been there for a few more days. Seriously easy to unwind and relax in the idyllic surrounds.
What a find! This bespoke cabin, set in beautiful bushland, was so interesting & relaxing! We loved exploring all it’s nooks & crannies. The surrounding pristine bushland invited us to explore, also, & we discovered a wealth of birdlife & kangaroos! Robert & Gail were wonderful hosts, & justly proud of their little piece of Paradise!
We had a peaceful and relaxing weekend at the Old Brush Studio. We loved the rustic charm of the studio and were delighted to find such beautiful unspoiled bush so close to home. We could have gazed at the billabong all day and enjoyed being serenaded by the birds during the day and the frogs at night. Gail was a great host and we didn’t want to leave.
