Hi Ruby - thanks for your review. Parking is on a first come first served basis about 100 metres away. Thredbo can be extremely busy during popular times so apologies for the inconvenience. Parking is free all over the village

Cannonball visit

Lovely place, everything you need for a short stay, full size fridge is a bonus. Bed very comfortable, checkin process simple. Washing macine dryer was great. The only thing I could complain was that we were 2 adults, one child and only two towels.

Comfy and cosy in the snow

Nice and tidy with a really nice cosy feel. Lots of blankets and heaters as needed. Beautiful outlook with a nice little deck to enjoy the lovely sound of the Thredbo River which passes just in front of the property. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

Thredbo weekend

The property was in a great location. A little expensive for two nights. But most places in Thredbo are. Really clean and had everything we needed for two adults and two boys. Only issue was the quality of the mattress on the sofa bed. Really well heated Would stay again.

Thanks Annemarie for a great stay. Your loft cabin was such a highlight - beautifully decorated with top quality inclusions - flat-screen TV, suede sofa bed, comfy main bed, feather doonas, plush pillows and especially the funky fur throws (which my son loved). All appliances and kitchen inclusions were of 5 star standard. We will definitely be returning to Chill-out! I think we have found our home away from home!

New year getaway

It was a lovely place to stay. It was just what the family needed. Our daughter hurt herself during the holiday. It would be good if the first aid kit in the cabin had a supply of band-aids. We managed to get a supply from the local store the next morning.

Just Right

Stayed July 2014, with my two kids (11 & 15) for 4 days skiing. The location was great with the one stop bus ride outside the door. The place was cosy and very tidy, the kids even complimented the unit. Great layout and very livable. Only suggested was for better TV service/reception as we watched the Comm Games each night.

Hi Tony Weve been trying to get a better FOXTEL service in the snowy mountains for ages. We have now managed to do so and are just waiting for them to upgrade and install.

Reasonable cabin in need or a good deep cleaning, build up of dust especially in the bedroom, I wrote my name in the dust. My skin was itching for days and I was bitten in in the bedroom. Location for the village was good, take your own food in the quiet months, there’s not a lot of choice for breakfast. Didn’t try the wifi or much else on offer but it looked well stocked

Im sorry Alexander, that you found the cabin not to your liking. If you had contacted me during your stay I could have organised my cleaners to return and attend to any request that you may have had. The cabin had been empty for a few days before your stay, and is always cleaned thoroughly between bookings.

A very cosy and pleasant experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of drying space for after the snow. Its complete with dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. There is plenty of heating options and warm blankets. Its located in a good spot, with a nice view of the mountain and away from all other accommodation. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

Property is well located with the Thredbo bus stop very close as is the shops. The facilities are perfect for a self contained stay and sleeping is good too.

very nice place to stay with your family

it was very nice and clean. Kitchen nice and new . Balcony small but if you like more room and BBQ on it you need to make shore you get the right cabin . The only thing that I was annoyed was that you cant get your car next to the cabin to unloaded when you get there. We got there was raining and building supervisor make decision to park his van right in the middle of driveway and when I so one of the people that look after this place I have been told that his can do that because his the boos and me and kids has to drug our staff around the van in the rain. This was the only negative thing from our fantastic time at Thredbo. I can say it is great place to stay...
