BUILT ON THE SAND! STEP OUT UR BACK DOOR ONTO YOUR OWN EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE BEACH!

Thank you for your review.

Seeing “one of the best girl’s trips ever” in your review made me smile and so happy to hear. Thank you.

Thank you for your review.

It was a pleasure to have you as our guest. As for parking we have two parking spaces in front of our home and each space hold two cars giving you free designated parking for 4 cars. Upon confirming your reservation we did provide info for off premises parking for additional cars if you had more than 4 cars. I was never contacted that you had any issues with parking otherwise I would have given you that information again to help. You were still a pleasure to have and we hope to see you again. I hear the bachelorette celebration went well. May the wedding coming up be beautiful.

Your review made me smile. Thank you so much. It was our pleasure to host you.

Thank you for your review and that you found our location was perfect. You do get peace with your own exclusive beach while having access nearby to Restaurants, beach bars, shopping without the craziness of the high rises etc of Old Destin even though you can easily get to downtown Destin within 10-15 mins.

Thank you for your review. Thank you for sharing the beautiful photos.

I love the photo that you shared. Thank you so much for your review. It makes us happy to hear that you had an amazing time! Truly all that you mention lives up to this experience of staying here right ON the sand with the ease of the beach being right out your back door like a backyard but it is a beach instead. We hope to see you return. You were great guests. Thank you!

Thank you for your review. It is always difficult to explain how spoiling and the ease of having the beach as your true backyard. Thank you. We hope to see you return. Thank you for being our guest. It was a pleasure to have you.

Thank you for your review. WE loved having you as our guests. We look forward to your return. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. I am glad that you loved the house. Your input is received and appreciated. If you are speaking of the back bunk room with two queen size beds/bunks we do create our custom bunks so if two adults are staying in that room they are not cramped sleeping on the bottom bunk. the closet is not a broom closet it is a full size closet to be able to store suitcases on the bottom and hang plenty of clothes. You are correct the top bunk is closer to the ceiling so this is good info for future guests. Thank you. I do not think you are speaking about the larger bunks room with 1 king & 1 queen that has plenty of head space while still giving the lower bunk extra space to make it inventing for one couple to use that room and not feel cramped with a bunk over them. That room has a dresser as well and a full size closet. Your input is received and we are contemplating adding custom drawers under the bunk in the back bedroom. Thank you. There are three sleeper sofas plus to two custom single sleepers in the house as well. Thank you for your review.

Thank you for your 5 star review. As I guessed a typo you meant terrific not terrifying lol. It was great to meet you and assist whenever you called upon me. Thank you.

Thank you for your 5 star review. I am not sure which bunks you are speaking of. WE do give a lot of space for the lower bunks in case adults are sleeping on the lower and do not want to feel cramped. Upper bunks are normal height space from the ceiling. The beach level has its own AC unit so that one can bring it to the temperature choice of their own. If I had been told that you were not comfortable I could have helped you work the thermostat. WE do have hooks on the back of bathroom doors for towels plus a ladder towel rack in the master bath. I am not understanding the statement chairs on beach level too low- they are normal patio chairs along with a love seat. If you are speaking of the extra sand chairs to take on the beach in case guests want sand chairs along with the regular beach chair service and umbrellas. WE do find all ages enjoy this home even for those who aren’t comfortable with steps they usually take the beach level with the s2 bdrms, 2nd kitchen, 2nd living room with a walk out straight onto the oversized beach deck with 7 steps down onto your own private deck. I am glad that you enjoyed the home/beach/views enough to consider returning.

Thank you for your review. It is quite spoiling staying in our home built right on the sand with the ease of stepping out the back door onto your own beach. We hope to see you return.

Thank you for your review.

Thank you. Thank you for being wonderful guests. We hope to see you return as many past guests think of this home as their personal beach home. Thank you for the review.

What a beautiful review! Thank you! It truly makes us happy that you enjoyed our home so much! The three day night concerts happen through out the year. Just 2-2 1/2 miles down our street across from the beach! I am personally taking friends to our home for the October concert with Styx and many other great bands! I wish I could make the one right before October. Nothing like beach days in a great house and awesome concerts at night. I hope to see you and your guests return. Thank you so much for being such great guests!

I am smiling. Thank you for the compliment and for the review. It would be my pleasure to see you return. We do discount to returning guests that stay 7 nights. If you decide to return please inquire first and remind me that you are a past guest so that I can apply the discount prior to reserving. WE hope to you again. Thank you.
