We enjoyed our stay at this property! There was plenty of room, it was clean, the ping pong table and foosball were great to have, we appreciated the AC units in the two bedrooms and there were plenty of towels and beach supplies. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and beach!

Stayed for 4 nights, house was a good fit we had 6 teens and 2 adults. Games and space was good for everyone. Nice walk to beach and shops. Didn’t read in listing no central air the front bed room got a little warm and stuffy.

Really cute home, but there were some definite cons

Pros: -It's a really cute home full of character with great decor -Really family-friendly, with games in the cupboard, boogie boards, Wii, a ping-pong table and foosball table. There is also a high-chair and pack and play for littles. Cons: -It was really hot in the house. Outdoor temps were low 80's, but we could not get the house to cool down. There were two fans provided, and two of the three bedrooms do have A/C units, but the main living areas and the one bedroom were unpleasantly hot. -It was not very clean. There was debris on the living room carpet, beneath the beds and in the bathrooms. There were dirty socks left over from a previous guest-- beneath the bed in one of the bedrooms. -It was not well-stocked. There were TWO bath towels in the entire house, even though we are a family of 7. There were only three beach towels as well. And one dishtowel. There was no soap provided for the bathrooms. -We found out after we arrived that the washing machine was broken. Randi did offer laundry service, but we didn't really want to deal with the hassle of what that would entail. Randi did text us prior to our arrival saying "Please let me know if you need any towels or additional supplies during your stay and I can drop them off." We told her there weren't enough towels, and she did drop off a bag of towels within a couple of hours. She also included other things: bath soap, dish soap, a sponge, etc. but these things should have been in the house upon arrival.

A weekend at the beach with family

The house is close and convenient to the beach, liquor stores, markets and ice cream shop. The backyard is spacious perfect for evening meals and outdoor games of ping pong and corn hole. The seating areas, on the front porch and side yard, makes it nice to pepole watch as you sip on your morning coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The only down is the the AC did not blow cold air. But there were fans in every room that helped cool the house down at night. Over all this vacation home met all of our needs and we all had the best time!

Great place

Check in was very easy. The area felt very safe. It's a really quiet area. The house has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. They provide dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, clean sponges, beach towels, beach toys and a wagon etc. The games out back were fun to play, and they have a whole cupboard for indoor games. The walk to the beach seemed far but it was not bad even for little kids. There's a coffee place a block away if you don't want the coffee at the house. There's a street fair on Thursday nights that's phenomenal. Everything is within walking distance, so you never have to take your car really. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great Father’s Day Weekend!

We had an awesome time. The house was much roomier than expected. The backyard area was perfect for relaxing and having fun! It was the perfect mix. We had 17 year olds that loved the foosball and ping pong tables, they loved that they could walk to the shops and beach in about 10 mins. We had 68 year olds that lives the comfy outdoor couches and chairs for relaxing. Such a great time, we would definitely stay there again.

My family and I loved staying here. The walk to the beach wasn't too bad and we could also walk to all the restaurants. The house had everything we needed for the beach and also lots of entertainment for the house. We will be back!

Our stay in Oceanside was delightful with 77 degree day-time temperatures. The property was within an easy walking distance to the beach and pier. The house itself was clean and cozy with games provided to keep youngsters and "oldsters" occupied. The property manager and owner were both responsive to any questions or needs. We would consider staying here again on our next visit Oceanside.

We loved our stay! The home was the perfect way for us to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and my dads 60th! The home has everything we needed as well as super cute beachy decor. We loved being so close to the beach and will absolutely be planning another stay soon

Great location for our multi-family stay to see sunny CA and visit Legoland! The house was great with space for everyone-6 adults and 3 kids(5-7). The backyard activities of a seating area, ping pong and toss game were great to have for the kids and adults as well. Easy walking to stores, restaurants and the beach(awesome supply of beach toys, boogie boards and a wagon ;) So close to Legoland too! A couple of small issues arose and between the management company and the owners, they both responded quickly to resolve the problems. We all had a great time and would definitely stay again! Thank-you!!!!

Awesome for a large family!

We had an awesome stay at this property! There were 7 of us and we were comfortable with the sleeping accommodations. We appreciate the variety of things to do in the house as it rained most of our stay. The foosball table, wii games were a hit with our boys! Wished we could have enjoyed the lovely back yard too with the ping pong table and cornhole. The only drawback was when the boys were playing games with the TV, us adults retreated to the kitchen to visit because we didn't want to be part of their noise. I am sure things would have been different had the weather been more cooperative. Loved the location of the home. Within walking distance to the shops, movie theater and the pier. Thank you for the use of your home as we were able to celebrate Grama's 92nd birthday as well as thanksgiving. Thank you for your hospitality.

Charming, clean and convenient!

We spent the weekend here and loved it! Walking distance to beach and great restaurants. Safe area. Great for families. Comes with beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, sand toys and a big backyard with BBQ. Super cute and clean. Also has foosball and ring toss. Will come here again!

This is a great place to stay. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. Comfortable and spacious, the backyard is a great place to hangout and lounge in the evenings. It has everything you need to enjoy the beach, cook for yourself, and take advantage of all San Diego has to offer. The host is attentive and helpful.
