About this property

New studio in Sapphire Village!

This unit was purchased in March of 2016. It went through cosmetic renovations and few upgrades. It is located in Sapphire Village Resort, a gated community just steps from Sapphire Beach with lots of amenities on site. Amenities include: 2 swimming pools, Sapphire Bar&Grill restaurant, laundry room. The unit is located in Tobago Building on the 2nd Floor, walk-in from the ground floor. It is a spacious studio, perfect for a couple. It has a queen size bed . The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, pots&pans, utensils, dinnerware and glassware. It has an air conditioning unit and 2 ceiling fans. There is in room Wi-Fi, 40" flat screen TV with cable service. We have all you need for the perfect day out; beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkeling gear and beach towels.

Incredible views, great restaurant in the same building (Sudi’s-creator of the Bushwacker drink), a nice pool if you don’t want to hike down to Sapphire Beach, and on the ground level. No stairs. The room is a studio but has a nice little kitchen, a great balcony and a tv that has great reception and lots of apps.

The location near the marina, beach and pool was very good. Well stocked kitchen area with plenty pots, pans and utensils. Needs to replace the foldable beach chairs he had for use and he needs to have instructions on how to use the TV or to personally come and show how to work the TV.

Adorable little studio has a boho beach vibe. Great location, little beach bar/restaurant right below and then down the hill is the beach, marina, and larger pool and restaurants. It was a great spot I really enjoyed my trip!

It is located within 5 min walk to one of the most serene beaches in St. Thomas, The Sapphire Beach. By the beach, you can enjoy a variety of water activities; kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, parasailing, snorkelling or simply cozy up with a book and enjoy the view!

What makes this property unique

The property has 2 beautiful pools on site. One of the pools is just down the stairs from the condo. There is Bar & Grill located right by the pool, for those lazy days when you don't feel like cooking. The property has Marina access just steps away, you can buy fresh fish right by the docks or take a charter boat out to explore nearby islands.
