Our Solar Powered property is approached by 1/4 mile of driveway lined with 25+ foot tall cypress trees. This 3bed/2bath home is about 300 feet from our Main Home.
It has a well equipped kitchen, whole house water filter, dining table for 6 people, WiFi, smart TV in living room and comfortable L shaped couch.
Super Comfy beds! King size bed in Master. Queen size in both other bedrooms. All have TV's with cable service.
Darts game. Corn Hole game and Foosball table in the Garage. Walking distance to wineries, 6 bicycles to use at no charge, etc...

Guest Access:
There is a beautiful pond on the property that our guests may enjoy during daylight. It has its own little beach and boat docked on it.
The water fall also acts as an aeration and filtration system for the Fish. ( Blue gill and Catfish,)
** Kids under 12 years of age, only allowed with responsible adult supervision.
** No swimming or entering the pond and boat allowed!

Interaction with Guests:
My wife Hilde and I enjoy a nice chat with our Guests, but will always provide and respect their peace and privacy.

The Neighborhood:
Ballard (Solvang), the center of the Santa Ynez Valley was the first town that settled here in the late 1800's!
Surrounded by vineyards, mountains, horse ranches, farms and schoolhouses, you feel as you have arrived in a time warp of sorts where simple pleasures, mossy oaks, grassy fields, and warm sunny days are found.
We feel so fortunate to live here, closely guard its quiet serenity and are grateful for all the beauty, amenities, world class wineries, restaurants, breweries, and shopping this Valley has to offer.
A Beautiful route to the charming towns of Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, Solvang or Buellton takes only 5 to 10 minutes by car or make a loop and enjoy the scenery on our bicycles, provided to you at no charge!
