The Villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website..

This villa is a tri-level town home that has all the comforts of home; you’ll find the main level to be quite spacious which is just perfect for family gatherings. Just off the dining area is your fully stocked kitchen complete with full size appliances. From the living room, enjoy the deck that overlooks “turtle lagoon” .

The second floor offers two bedrooms that share a common bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms consists of a queen size bed and one twin size bed and the Second consists of two full size beds.

The top floor you find a spacious master suite with a king size bed, a private en-suite and a large private balcony overlooking the lagoon.

Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.
There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers a separate men’s and women’s bathroom.

**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**

Seascape Villas

We checked in shortly after 4 pm. Very quick and no waiting. Wasn't given info, maps, etc., till going back the next day. The cleaning crew were in the process of cleaning when we arrived. They were not aware we had checked in nor was the office that they had not completed the cleaning before check in. We had to wait and they rushed, so the cleaning should have been better. Everything else went well. Close to the beach and pools and good location to Coligny Plaza.

Loved our stay

Great location, beautiful property, pools are in a convenient spot from the condo. Everything we needed was there. Turtle lagoon was fascinating for my granddaughters, especially seeing a baby alligator that would visit us. Overall stay is a 5. Will def book again.

Excellent!!

We had a great vacation! The property was exactly as described, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the books/ games in the house. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close enough to Coligny Plaza to walk there too. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our Week in Hilton Head!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful stay! Such a lovely condo, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Perfect location - close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach! Definitely recommend and will hopefully be staying again in the future!
