Family stay on Davis park fire island

Location was great!! Enjoyed sunsets just about every night! Distance to beach was/is perfect! This property had everything you needed it truly was home away from home!

Great getaway week

The house was fantastic, rooms clean and roomy with beds and bathrooms galore. It is a great location, close to the marina and straight walk to the beach. We've stayed at several houses on Davis Park, this was by far the best! I look forward to returning to the house again in the future.

Bayside retreat

Overall great stay. Property as described except that there was no kayak, row boat and paddle board. Would make plans to bring these next time. Perfect place to bring family together and enjoy the beauty of Davis Park.

Great beach house

John Prudenti, thank you for renting the beach house, we had a great time. The location could not be better, the deck overlooking the Great South Bay provided easy water access and great sunset views. The newly installed AC units worked great, it was so nice to come back to the cool house after a day on the beach or fishing in the bay. I recommend this house to anyone interested in spending time at Davis Park.

Relaxing getaway

My group of friends truly enjoyed this property for a weekend get away. The house was a great size for our group. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the large deck while enjoying the view of the Bay. The house is within walking distance of everything available in Davis Park. The owner John was a quick phone call away when we needed help. John was readily available for any questions we had about the island as well.

Loved the view!

Good place to spend a weeks vacation. The views were great. Having my own bed and bath suite was perfect. Had a wonderful time!

Amazing

Feel so fortunate that this was my very first VRBO experience. The place was spacious and in a perfect location with steps leading right into the bay for paddle boarding...and, a 2 minute walk in the other direction to the beautiful beach. John, the host, was super-helpful whenever we needed anything (and even made some great recommendations on things to do). In short, my wife, 5 and 6 year old boys and guests had an amazing time and will definitely be returning.

Great house!!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 (with a few overnight guests). The location was amazing, right on the bay with the most magnificent sunsets. The house was clean and well stocked with anything we could need. I would definitely rent again next summer!!!

Wonderful Vacation

The view is just unbelievable. The house was great; big and spacious and mostly updated. Easy access to the bay. Kids loved the paddle board. John was easily reachable and responded quickly to any questions we had. GREAT VACATION!!!

Great house with beautiful beautiful views!

This house is right on bayside w/beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very spacious and clean home with all the amenities. Just a short walk to the ocean. The kayaks , paddle boards and paddle boat were so much fun for the kids as well as adults. John Prudenti was only a phone call or text away and stopped by to drop off an extra propane tank for bbq, real great guy we would without a doubt rent this house again. We had a blast with our family and friends!

So much better than expected

My friends and I (12 in total) stayed at the house over Columbus Day weekend. This was an absolutely fantastic property and location. Large enough to sleep everyone comfortably (though some of us needed to share rooms) - the huge living room and dining table are a great touch. Waking up every morning, it was a great feeling to have my morning coffee on the large deck with the bay rolling right up onto the beach beneath me. And at dusk, because the house is on the bay and west facing, the sun would actually set over the water - I've only seen that on my trips to the West Coast. This area of Fire Island is fairly remote and has the secluded feeling of staying in a cabin in the woods. Probably not the best if you want a wild bar crawl type weekend, but perfect for spending a weekend with friends/family and entertaining yourself. Lastly, what really sold me on selecting this property was the owner. John Prudenti really went out of his way to accommodate us and was excellent to communicate with. I would gladly stay here again, or any other property that John manages.

Great Vacation spot with Beautiful views!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this spacious home that had a great lay-out. Very cozy. The best views, no matter what time of day. My 2 sons enjoyed the Bay so much, we only visited the Ocean side a few times. The Kayak and the bay were the big hit for them. The outdoor deck was awesome, very spacious! Walbaums.com delivered groceries right on the ferry, great system worked well. Ice maker and A/C were great amenities to have. Absolutely one of the greatest places to vacation!
