Beware that this guest expected concierge-like service. VRBO is not a hotel stay. We were happy to help them with items like figuring out that they did not have their Wifi turned on their computer. It was not the in-condo Wifi, which they complained was the problem.

The hosts are fabulous and very accommodating. There is pretty much everything you need except food. There is a nice bed in a private room, a small bed and couch for 2 others to sleep on in the living room. Great space for a short stay.

North Canyon Properties was established by Tony & Mary years ago. We are involved in the arts, mainly theatre and music performance, business and education. We are Arizona residents. Mary having been born in AZ and Tony having moved here at a very young age. We know the Phoenix Metropolitan area. We have watched it grow and where everything to do is across the Valley of the Sun. Windsor Place is in the center of it all.

We have a small number of properties that we maintain like they are our own home. In fact, our properties were our homes for some time before we started renting them

Why they chose this property

The Windsor Place neighborhood was first chosen as a residence for our daughter, who had returned from an overseas business adventure. We purchased the condo. Our daughter lived there for 2+ years, then started on her next adventure that took her out of state. At that time, we turned the condo into a rental unit, and we have had great success with hosting people from all over the world.

Windsor Place is in the center of the Phoenix Metropolitan area, a short walk or drive to the host of events here. There is covered personal parking space and views of the valley from the 5th floor.
