A friendly bear stands guard and welcomes your bunch to Grizzly all seasons of the year. A lovely cottage, it is ideal for smaller groups. Located very near the beach and other lakeside venues, this home has 360 sq. ft. each of covered porch and raised open deck. Also outside are an 8 person hot tub, 7 ft. picnic table, and Weber grill. Inside, find a pool table, WiFi, and air conditioning throughout. Tell stories by the window-flanked fireplace or read to your little one in the loft. This property is DOG FRIENDLY.
PLEASE NOTE: NO PROM or GRAD Groups, even with adult signature or chaperones.

Pet Policy:
​​​​​​​Renter is permitted up to 2 dogs, any size. Dog (s) must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiry/booking. Dog (s) must be housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. A non-refundable fee of $200 per dog will be due at the time of booking. If we receive complaints of barking/disturbance Pocono Mountain Rentals reserves the right to ask you to remove the dog (s) immediately. Undeclared dogs will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. Dog (s) MUST be confined to the rental property or on a leash. Dog handlers MUST clean up after their dog (s) on and off the rental property. Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by the pet. Damages caused by the pet will not be included in the damage waiver agreement. Please contact our office immediately after becoming aware of any damage caused by the pet. The pet owner takes full responsibility of all damages and/or injuries to others caused by the pet. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved dog. We closely monitor all of our properties.
