Why they chose this property
The unit basically 'stands alone" on the top floor of a block of 6 units. There are several stairs to climb but the effort is all worth when you see the view to the harbour & the Pacific Ocean. You basically don't have anyone beside you. Walk to shops, restaurants, clubs, surf pool & only a short drive to either Rennies or Mollymook surf beaches.
What makes this property unique
The uninterrupted views of the harbour & ocean along with not having to have the car to go into Ulladulla certainly are the positives of PJ's. Being able to sit up in bed & look to the water reinforces that you are right on the coast & in holiday mode!!
