Surrounded by national park this property is within easy walking distance to secluded beaches, the crystal clear waters of Lake Conjola and pristine Narrawallee creek inlet. The seclusion and tranquility of this 5 acre property is amazing.
Escape the pressures of the outside world now, and unwind in this peaceful haven.You can simply sit back and relax in this unique self contained eco-friendly cottage or spend the day enjoying the natural beauty of the local area - exploring, swimming, bushwalking, bike riding, fishing, surfing or observing the abundant wildlife. Relax taking in the morning sun or an afternoon BBQ on the verandahs; sit with a book and glass of wine by the slow combustion wood fire in winter; or shop in historic Milton only a 10 minute drive away. Milton also has many great restaurants for food lovers.
Tems and Conditions
Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy unless prior arrangements have been made with owners. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.
The owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay and must be reported.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
Linen is supplied.
Pets are not allowed
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
