Simple, SMALL, clean, adult only guest suite with private entrance. Simply Comfy is in the lower section of a split level home with the owners (very quiet) residing above. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with the hills and access to the Crystal River across from the property. It is nicely situated within walking distance (15-20 min easy walk) to downtown Carbondale. Perfect for exploring the Roaring Fork Valley.

Simply Comfy offers a bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, and small kitchenette/sitting area. It also has a private entrance as well as a private patio/lounge area where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or in the evening a nice glass of wine while grilling your favorite meal.

*Things to note: Simply Comfy is located in the lower section of a split level home with the owners residing above and though very quiet there is potential for some noise (foot steps, water running, etc).

*The mechanical closet is located in Simply Comfy so in the winter there is sound when the heater is on.

*The thermostat is controlled from upstairs however there is electric baseboard heat in the bedroom, bathroom, and an electric fireplace in the living room.

*Simply Comfy is a NO SMOKING rental and smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property.

*Although we love animals, they are not allowed.

*The pathway to Simply Comfy is stone pavers and gravel so please watch your footing.
