Top floor, BEST view, Viera condo at Lake Las Vegas!

This is a beautifully furnished top-floor (no one above!) 2br 2ba condominium located in the Viera building, with a balcony overlooking the lake. This easy-access condo offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom, another king-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The large patio with table and chairs will allow you to relax and take in the views of the lake and prestigious Lake Las Vegas community. The full size kitchen has a full stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, glasses silverware and toaster. Bathroom basics such as hand and body towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Free wireless high speed internet, Roku TV (complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and PLEX movies!) and Dish satellite TV are included. Flat screen TVs are included in living room and both bedrooms. Facility also offers a fully stocked fitness room, coin laundromat, free covered parking, large swimming pools and hot tub that are heated year-round. We are also right next door to the LLV Hilton, steps away from shops and restaurants as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and much more. The grocery store next door also offers the opportunity to fully stock up on food and save $$! Many miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. We are 15 minutes from Lake Mead National Park, 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport, 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. (City registration number: STR19-00065)

Relaxing stay with wonderful views

We've stayed at the Viera several times and it's always a great stay. The condo is very comfortable and has a great deck overlooking Lake Las Vegas. We look forward to returning soon.

Great Spot

Cristian and Mariana's place is great. Highly recommend for a nice quiet stay! Close enough to the strip, but a great way to avoid the hustle and bustle of staying down there the whole time. Great hosts, and would definitely stay with them again the next time I'm in the area.

Great getaway in Las Vegas

Excellent place to stay away from the busy downtown strip. Apartment was ideal for two couples. Close enough to the strip to grab an Uber or short car trip.

Great views from this LLV condo!

The owners were great to work with and easy to contact. The condo has plenty of room and great views of LLV. If you want to get away from the strip and see LLV, this is the place to stay.

Lake Las Vegas getaway

The property was quite nice and very convenient for us. We love the village and variety of restaurants. The pool is not heated so unless you want an ice plunge forget about it. Overall a very pleasant stay.

As noted in our visitor guide, one of the two pools and the spa are heated year-round. The smaller pool is not heated, so it is likely that you may have only checked the temperature on that pool and not the other. Outstanding views

Overall, the property was great place to stay and would return. Close to restaurants and fun activities. Suggest regular maintenance updates and walk thru prior to guest arrival to ensure all appliances working properly ( ie Microvave wasn't working)

Spectacular Vacation

This condo has amazing views of Lake Las Vegas. We spent many hours lounging on the balcony. We also cook in quite a bit and had almost everything we needed. The unit is very comfortable and spacious. Excellent place for a vacation. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful place and great communication from owner

The stay at Lake Las Vegas was overall excellent. I would highly recommend the place. It is close enough to Las Vegas but you feel miles away. Strolling the complex is pleasant and the grocery store on site is very convenient. The condo is in excellent condition and has everything you would need. Both bedrooms have plenty of space and feel comfortable.

Fabulous family getaway

We wanted a relaxed spot away from the crowds for sun and swimming. It was perfect. The food/dining options on site were great, lovely and well-secured setting, great grocery/deli. Only word of warning is how cold the pool is, even for kids. We were told that 1 pool was heated, but both were equally shocking, no difference in temperature.

Great view!

Location is about 1/2 out of Las Vegas but we knew that and were ok with it. It was a lovely condo and had a great view of Lake Las Vegas. Very quiet and secure. Only complaint is that the bathrooms need a floor mat in the showers. Floor was very slippery in the shower. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Golf Getaway

We come to the Las Vegas area to stay away from the strip. This condo was perfect for a 5 day golf getaway. The best part was being able to walk to great restaurants at the end of the day - followed by a lovely place to hang out. We do this trip every year. OH! Garage Parking!!!! What a plus.

What you would hope for.

The unit was all the thing that you would both want and expect. The view was a delight and you felt at home. A much nicer environment than dealing with the Vegas strip. Came here once 5 years ago…won’t go back to the strip again. Worth renting .

Loved the location of this property! Amazing views! Chris was very responsive with a couple things that were broken. Loved the floors and kitchen. Would of Loved a few more items to cook with in kitchen but I had my young grandchildren with me. I'm sure it's good enough for most. I'm a health freak lol. This is the 3nd property I stayed with Chris and would recommend on service alone!

Away from it all

It was a drive into the city but I wanted to be somewhere that I knew I’d be safe. It’s great how once you are there you don’t have to leave because there are places to eat and a grocery store.
