Summer peak bookings typically run Weekend to Weekend (May 16 – August 16)

Dynamic pricing software is used and may change daily

Parking & Registration (HOA Requirement)

All guests must now register through a link HOA provided. Guests must register even with no vehicle on site.

Registration fee: $40 per vehicle + transaction fee

Transaction fee is non-refundable, even if reservation is canceled

During peak season (May–July) only 2 parking passes are permitted can be allotted

Maximum garage vehicle height: 7 ft

Vehicles over 7 ft must use the open parking area

Our stay was awesome! Great view. It was clean and decorated beachy. Very cute. Our Property Manager was very attentive to any concerns we may have had. We will definitely stay again. It was our home away from home!

Overall great place to stay only issue was dryer did not work but was communicated with us by property owner. Could have used more bath towels due to dryer not working. But overall everything was as listed.

The view was absolutely gorgeous and my family had a amazing time at the beach and pool. However the condo could have been cleaner, looked as though it was a rushed job and bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. The security was not very friendly when going through the gate to park. Condo is right on the strip. Was not pleased with loud motorcycles and loud cars going up and down the street at all times at night waking us up? Very annoying.

The property wasn’t cleaned good sand on floors coffee pot was dirty ceiling fans were very dirty we had kids knocking on door and windows all night long the first night got no sleep probably wouldn’t rent this property again!

A gem off the beaten path

I was very happy with this apartment. It's located right on the beach but in an area away from the overpopulated areas of Panama City Beach. The building was clean and check in was very easy. The parking garage habusy street. The pey itself was very clean

Little slice of heaven

This property was absolutely perfect for my group of 6. 3 adults and 3 children. This condo was stocked, beach chairs, beach towels, even some sand toys for kids! Everything was very nice and clean. Our favorite part was that this unit was on second floor, so no need to wait on an elevator, just go down 1 floor with stairs. Amazing stay!!! Our family will definitely be back to this unit!

Great Place

We have been vacationing on the gulf coast for 20+ years. This was one of the cleanest places that we have ever stayed. Communication with host was awesome. Would definitely recommend this place.

I loved this unit was on the 2nd floor, especially with younger kids (we were able to take the stairs rather than wait for an elevator). The view was great, condo unit was everything we needed for our family, and checking in/getting in unit was simple!

Perfect vacation!

Our first vacation as empty nesters. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. The pools were amazing - inside and out. Our hosts made everything easy from the door code to the WiFi and TV. I made complete meals and had everything I needed in this well stocked kitchen. We would love to stay again soon.

Why they chose this property

We chose our unit due to the location to all the resort amenities and beach access...it's so convenient to run back up to the condo for something and get right back to beach/pool/bar. The lower level was a huge selling point for us!

What makes this property unique

We have one of the best cleaning crews and property manager that we could ask for. If anything needs attention, the communicate and it is handled in a very timely manner. The property is completely renovated and well kept!
