Country living at its best. Tucked back in the trees, just 2 miles outside of Hallsville, MO and 15 minutes from Columbia, MO sits a charming studio apartment complete with everything you need for your over-night stay.

Enjoy a spacious, brand new above garage studio. With clean lines and an open and airy floor plan, you will be quite comfortable in this peaceful modern space. The room is equipped with a queen sized bed but can accommodate up to 5 people with a fold out couch bed for 1 as well as a queen size air-mattress. There is a table for eating, coffee pot, mini fridge, TV with roku, games, puzzles, and books. Enjoy relaxing in your space or taking a stroll around the spacious and private property. Children of all ages are welcome, however there is an open staircase that would require a gate for early/non-walkers.
