Palmway Tropical Oasis - Heated Pool, Beach & Golf

Come enjoy this comfortable, clean, coastal home just 3 blocks from the golf course on the inter-coastal and 5 short minutes to the beach. This 2,000 square foot home is located in the historic Parrot Cove neighborhood. Relax in the very large tropical backyard with heated lagoon style pool. Matured trees provide shade throughout the day. Large fully equipped kitchen with two sinks and island for food preparation. Dining room seats 8 guests comfortably. In addition to the 3 bedrooms there are two sleeper sofas.

This is large, tropical and lush property. You will encountered some typical wild life (birds, butterflies, squirrels, small lizards). You will also encounter iguanas. They are quite harmless and will stay way from you.

Place black garbage bin on the curb on Sunday night and Wednesday night. Pickup is early the next morningy Place recycle bins (blue & yellow) on the curb on Thursday night. Pickup is early Friday.

This house fulfills a dream to own a vacation property in beautiful south Florida. After retiring I am embarking on my second career in hospitality. This is my first property. The rental manager is my niece who recently came from Cuba, loves working with people and is hoping that by working with me on this venture she will live the American dream.

Very clean, comfortable, and very large. It will feel roomy even with 8 people. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is large enough for group cooking and to try a new recipe. Fully equipped with everything you many need. Anything missing, let us know.
